Objective To understand the general situation and drug compliance of patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension treated at present, and to explore the effects of health education and routine health education based on Green model on drug compliance, anxiety, depression, quality of life and clinical indicators of patients with pulmonary hypertension, and to explore the health of patients with pulmonary hypertension. The way of education provides a reference basis for clinical health education and management of patients with pulmonary hypertension.Method In this study,60 cases of patients receiving pulmonary hypertension in a department of Cardiology,a three a hospital in Tianjin,March 2017,in December ~2017 years, were selected by convenient sampling method. The subjects were randomly divided into 30 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the intervention group by random digital table method. The control group carried out the routine health education for the patients with pulmonary hypertension. The patients in the intervention group had Green model health education. The two groups of patients were followed up for 3 months. The data of BNP and right heart size were collected for 1 months and 3 months after the intervention, and the self-designed general funds were adopted. The baseline data and follow-up data were collected from the material questionnaire, drug compliance and pulmonary hypertension quality of life scale, and the general condition of the two groups of pulmonary hypertension and the state of drug compliance, anxiety, depression and quality of life were compared. Results 1.Drug compliance score After intervention, the scores of two groups of drug compliance scores were statistically significant(P < 0.05).The scores of drug compliance in the two groups were compared in the 1 and 3 months after the intervention. The results showed that the scores of the intervention group were all higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, there was a statistically significant difference in drug compliance between 1 and March after intervention, compared with that before intervention(P<0.001).2.Score level of anxiety state The anxiety scores before and 1 months and 3 months after intervention were statistically significant(P < 0.05).The effect of different health education models on the anxiety level of patients was different, and the effect changed with time.1 months after intervention, there was a statistically significant difference in anxiety scores between the two groups(P < 0.05).The anxiety state of intervention group decreased 1 and 3 months after intervention, and the difference was statistically significant compared with that before intervention(P < 0.05).3.Quality of life score in patients with pulmonary hypertension The quality of life of pulmonary hypertension before and after intervention,1 months and 3 months had a trend of change with time, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The different health education models had significant difference(P < 0.05)to the quality of life of patients with pulmonary hypertension. The difference of score level at each time point between the two groups was compared. The scores of quality of life in the 1 and 3 month intervention groups were all higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life of intervention group was 1 months after intervention, and the difference was statistically significant compared with that before intervention(P<0.05).4.Clinical indexes related to pulmonary hypertension The time effect and group effect of right ventricular size in the 1 months and 3 months after intervention were statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in time effect between the right ventricular size and the right ventricular size(P < 0.05).The difference of right ventricular size between the two groups was not statistically significant(P > 0.05)between the two groups after the intervention, and the difference of right ventricular size between the two groups was not statistically significant. Conclusion Compared with the routine health education, the health promotion Green model can effectively improve the level of drug compliance in patients with pulmonary hypertension, improve the quality of life of the patients, reduce the depressive state of the patients to a certain extent, and help the patients to improve their own anxiety state, and the Green model of health education can be observed for the patients. There is no regression in the impact of the target. It is worthy of popularization and application in patients with pulmonary hypertension or other chronic diseases...
