| Objective Cerebral infarction is the most common cerebrovascular disease,with high morbidity,mortality and disability rate,it brings a huge burden to the family,society,even country.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the risk factors of cerebral infarction.In this study,sex,age and seasonal distribution of the patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital are analyzed,Summarize the related factors and characteristics of cerebral infarction in Tianjin.Methods The patients who were treated with cerebral infarction for the first time from January 1st 2013 to September 30th 2017 in the General Hospital of Tianjin Medical University were divided into groups according to age and gender.Finally,9863 patients were selected for the first visit to our hospital.The patients were divided into male and female group,According to different sex and age groups,male patients were divided into<45,45-55,55-65,65-75,≥75 years old,and women patients were divided into<45,45-55,55-65,65-75,≥75 years old,to analyze the difference of composition ratio of cerebral infarction in different groups.The patients who were treated with cerebral infarction between January 1st 2013 and December 31st 2016were selected.A total of 8049 patients were divided into four groups according to the onset season:spring,summer,autumn,winter.The composition ratio of patients with cerebral infarction in different seasons were analyzed.The gender,age and season distribution of cerebral infarction in Tianjin were discussed.Results The mean onset age of stroke was 67.03±11.78 years old,male group was65.14±11.37 years old,female group was 70.26±11.77 years old.The composition ration of male patients with cerebral infarction was 62.91%(6205/9863),the composition ration of female patients was 37.09%,the composition of male was higher than female(62.91%vs 37.09%).Different age groups:<45,45-55,55-65,65-75,≥75 years old cerebral infarction composition ratio was 2.88%,10.34%,29.81%,28.11%,28.86%,It can be seen that the composition ratio of<45 years old group was the lowest,and 55-65 years old was the highest.Age groups by gender:male patients who were<45,45-55,55-65,65-75,≥75 years old with cerebral infarction incidence ratio was 3.29%,12.5%,34.33%,27.85%,22.03%,In male group,55-65 years old was the peak,then it began to decreased.Femal group<45,45-55,55-65,65-75,≥75 years old with cerebral infarction incidence ratio was 2.19%,6.67%,22.14%,28.54%,40.46%,It can be seen that the incidence ratio of cerebral infarction increased with age in female group.There was statistical difference in composition ratio of cerebral infarction among different age groups(X~2=471.23,P<0.01).55-65 years were tested by X~2 with other groups,There was statistical difference with 45-55 years old(X~2=5.11,P<0.05),65-75 years old(X~2=66.54,P<0.01),≥75 years old(X~2=361.1,P<0.01),There was not statistical difference with<45 years old(X~2=0.049,P>0.05).The four seasons(spring,summer,autumn,winter)of patients with cerebral infarction composition ratio was[25.27%(2034/8049)vs26.02%(2094/8049)vs 23.44%(1887/8049)vs 25.27%(2034/8049)],male group composition ratio was[25.89(1305/5040)vs 26.65%(1343/5040)vs 22.5%(1134/5040)vs 24.96%(1258/5040).Female group composition ratio was[24.23%(729/3009)vs 24.96%(751/3009)vs 25.02%(753/3009)vs 25.79%(776/3009)],The incidence of cerebral infarction was significant in different seasons,there was statiscally significant between spring and autumn(X~2=6.88,P<0.01),summer and autumn(X~2=6.89,P<0.01),There was no significant difference between autumn and winter(X~2=1.27,P>0.05),spring and summer(X~2=0.0,P>0.05),spring and winter(X~2=2.33,P>0.05),summer and winter(X~2=2.3,P>0.05).Conclusion In patients with cerebral infarction,the onset age of female group was higher than male,the morbidity ratio of male patients were significantly higher than females,The peak incidence of cerebral infarction in male group was 55-65 years old,which showed that male patients had a tendency to be younger,the composition ratio of female patients increased with age,the incidence of cerebral infarction in different age had statistical differences,among 55-65 years old and 45-55,65-75,≥75 years old.The incidence of cerebral infarction was significant in different seasons,there was statiscally significance between spring and autumn,summer and autumn. |
