| ObjectiveTo understand the current situation of children’s medical service system and medical service capabilities in Chongqing,and analyze the existing problems and their causes,and finally put forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions.MethodsData collection of the current situation mainly based on the use of interviews,literature research methods and questionnaires.The SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the existing problems and causes,analyzing the current advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and threats faced by Chongqing’s children’s medical service system.ResultsThe demand for children’s medical services in Chongqing is large,and the level of medical technology for children’s hospitals is leading in the country.However,the capacity of children’s medical services in general hospitals is low.The pediatric services provided by the vast majority of second-and third-level general hospitals do not meet the standards of the medical service capabilities of the corresponding hospitals.In the satisfaction survey,people are satisfied with the medical technology level of children’s medical services and have low satisfaction with medical expenses and medical service waiting time.ConclusionCompetent authorities should formulate guidelines and measures for the reform of children’s medical services in Chongqing in accordance with the national medical reform policy and the current situation of Chongqing’s children’s medical service system and implement them in a detailed manner.Meantime,all the following measures,rational allocation of medical resource and the establishment of a special fund for paediatric construction based on the circumstances,strengthening the construction and development of paediatrics in county-level general hospitals,improving the humanistic quality and communication skills of pediatricians,and the implement of grading diagnosis and treatment by using medical insurance leverage,should be taken into account when formulating the reform guidelines.In this way,the city’s overall children’s medical service capacity can be improved and the problem of difficult medical care can be alleviated. |
