| In the circumstance of trial implementation of the new medical reform in the public hospital’s,as a higher level of scientific management,the fine management is gained growing attention of hospitals’ management,and thus is being spread in modern hospitals.By reviewing related document,we find that the effect of the fine performance management is barely satisfactory due to the lack of information technology.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to explore how to implement the fine management scientifically.The main purpose of this paper is to discuss on how to apply big data technology to hospitals’ fine performance management.Through spot investigation,it was found that H hospital had made some useful explorations on the fine performance management;however there were still some problems in this respect including poor information construction and shortage of professional talents.Interview with hospital administrators found that the hospital has strong demand for abnormal yield analysis on performance indicators and performance trend prediction,while interview with the head of hospital information department found that since 2015,the hospital EMR system has not been updated.At present,the functions of the current system could not meet the needs of hospital performance management.Accordingly,this paper makes relevant studies and helps to design an evaluation system for H hospital to assist with its fine performance management work.Through the analysis of H hospital’s fine performance management,this paper concludes that public hospital’s performance management should seek breakthroughs from the big data field in the future,and the cutting edges of big data can help to make up for the flaws brought by extensive management in the past so as to help the hospital to complete the requirements of the new medical reform,and to achieve their selfdevelopment.Although the research just focuses on H Hospital in Tangshan City,it has a certain reference value and significance for the managers of other hospitals considering all public hospitals in our country are facing the innovation and management reform. |
