ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of breathing exercises combined with music therapy on post-stroke fatigue rehabilitation,in order to provide more treatment for clinical doctors to treat post-stroke fatigue.MethodAt last 80 patients who with ischemic stroke in the rehabilitation department of our hospital were included in the clinical study. They were divided into 4 groups according to random number method, that is,the routine rehabilitation group(control group),the breathing exercises group, the music therapy group and the breathing exercises combined with music therapy group. Each group adopted the corresponding treatment plan, before treatment and after training for 8 weeks, were measured with maximum lung capacity,vo2 Max,fatigue severity scale(FSS),the concentration of serum IL-1βand so on,and made a comparative analysis.ResultsBefore treatment,FSS score, concentration of serum IL-1βand vo2 Max and vital capacity of four groups were no difference(P > 0.05).With musical therapy group after treatment, breathing exercises apparatus the FSS 32.2 ± 5.3 score of patients, concentration of serum IL-1β to decide the smallest,21.8±2.0μg/L;vo2 Max 3002.±476.5ml/kg·min,and lung capacity 3254.3±588.9ml.Followed by breathing exercises apparatus group,FSS score 34.6±5.4,concentration of serum IL-1β24.3±2.0μg/L;vo2 Max 2878.±480.2ml/kg·min;lung capacity 3016.1±546.7ml;and musical therapy,FSS score 36.1±5.3,concentration of serum IL-1β26.8±2.1μg/L;vo2 Max 2589.±481.6ml/kg·min;lung capacity 2784.8±561.0ml.Routine rehabilitation group(control group)of FSS score,39.7±6.2;the highest concentration of serum IL – 1βto decide 29.8±3.1μg/L;vo2 Max 2108.±423.7ml/kg·min;and lowest lung capacity,2590.3±558.2ml.Compared before and after treatment, the FSS rating of four groups, concentration of serum IL-1β to decide and vo2 Max and lung capacity have significant difference(P < 0.05).ConclusionRespiratory training combined with music therapy is a good effect on the fatigue after stroke. The level of IL-1βin serum can determine the fatigue level of the patient, and predict the patient’s functional recovery to a certain extent. |
