The Clinical Study Of Modified Si Wu Decoction On Primary Hypertension Of Yin Deficiency Yang Excess Syndrome

Objectives By observing the Modified Si Wu Decoction in the treatment of essential hypertension(as to EH)of Yin-yang hyperactvity type.By the changes of blood pressure TCM syndrome integral and CRP before and afer taking medicine,prove the Modified Si Wu Decoction on the efficacy and safety of the disease,so as to explore the Yin deficiency type hand hypertension course of pathology.Methods The 60 cases were divided into three groups:non-blind,randomized,controlled,30 cases in the experimental group and 30 in the control group.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of gender age,course of disease,blood pressure grading,and lifestyle.The treatment group the Modified Si Wu Decoction granules.The control group of Tianma Gouteng decoction.Divide two groups of granules are equal,the total quantity taken twice in the morning and at night,28 days treatment for a period of treatment,observation of two groups of the treatment cycle(0,7,21,28 days)measuring blood pressure change,ambulatory blood pressure data before and after the treatment,the changes of TCM syndrome.Follow-up was performed a month after treat.Results 1 measuring blood pressure:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 80.00%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 70.00%,which was P=0.666>0.05,indicating that the treatment group and the control group had a similar effect on the efficiency of blood pressure reduction.After treatment,SBP and DBP were both reduced in the treatment group and the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).With the extension of treatment time,the blood pressure gradually decreased to nearly normal range,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison between the two groups,the treatment group and control group SBP in the treatment of 21,28 days difference comparison were statistical significance(P21=0.004,P28=0.003<0.05),treatment group compared with control group 28 day period of DBP(P28=0.004<0.05).Before treatment,there was no difference in the blood pressure value the between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the blood pressure value of the same history of the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).Treatment group and control group in hypertension course of more than 10 years group SBP,DBP,statistically significant difference after treatment(PSBP=0.035,PDBP=0.005<0.05).2 Comparison of dynamic blood pressure monitoring:Two groups after treatment,the average systolic and diastolic pressure was reduced significantly,and is statistically significant(P<0.05),but the comparison between the two groups had no statistical difference(P>0.05);the comparison between the two groups after treatment in treatment group to load decreases nighttime SBP,DBP is superior to the control group(PsBP=0.023,PDBP=0.032<0.05)in the rest of the comparative differences had no statistical significance.3 TCM symptoms comparison:the treatment group the total efficiency of 73.33%,control group total effective rate was 56.66%,by the test P=0.341>0.05,two groups of TCM symptoms improve effect is no statistical difference;The two groups before treatment symptomatic total score was comparable(P=0.131>0.05),treatment group after treatment of TCM symptoms total points lower,statistically significant difference(P=0.033<0.05).In addition to the control group after treatment symptoms "lumbar acid" has no statistical significance(P=0.102>0.05).4 CRP after treatment,CRP values of both groups decreased significantly.Compared with the group,the blood CRP value decreased significantly in the treatment group(P=0.035<0.05).Conclusions 1 The Modified Si Wu Decoctioncan effectively reduce blood pressure,improve the patients’blood pressure load and improve the clinical symptoms,no significant effects,safe and effective.2 From the clinical effect analysis,there was "phlegm-damp,fluid retention,Bloodstasis" in the course of patients with Yin deficiency and hypertensive hypertensive patients,and may be positively correlated with the course of disease.
