The Curative Effect Evaluation Of The Treatment That Yiqi Pingchuan Granule Matter Treats Asthma In Children(Inter Accumulation Of Wind And Phlegm,Deficiency Of Lung And Spleen Qi Type)

Objective: To observe and evaluate the clinical effect of Yiqi Pingchuan granule in treating children asthma(Inter accumulation of wind and phlegm,deficiency of lung and spleen qi type),and to probe into its prescription and characteristics of medication,and to provide the basis for its clinical application or popularization at the same time.Methods: A total of 72 children with asthma(Inter accumulation of wind and phlegm,deficiency of lung and spleen qi type)were randomly divided into treatment group(36cases)and control group(36 cases).The completion,sex,age,course of disease and disease distribution of the two groups were statistically analyzed.The results showed that P>0.05,there was no statistical difference between the two groups,and the data of the two groups were comparable.Yiqi Pingchuan granules wes taken in the treatment group,and the control group was taken in Xiao’er Feike granule,and the observation time was 14 days.By observing the improvement of clinical symptoms before and after treatment in two groups and recording the corresponding symptom scores of the two groups,the statistical analysis of the two groups was carried out to evaluate the difference of therapeutic effect between the two groups.Results:(1)The symptom integral,main symptom total integral,secondary symptom total integral and total integral were significantly decreased after treatment in both groups(P<0.05),and the single symptom integral and main symptom total integral in the treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The total score of the second symptom was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).(2)After the course of treatment,there were 10 cases of clinical control,14 cases of remarkable effect,8 cases of effective and 2 cases of ineffectiveness in the treatment group,the total effective value was 94.12%.While in the control group,there were 6 cases of clinical control,7 cases of remarkable effect,15 cases of effective and 5 cases of failure.The total effective was 84.85%.The statistical analysis of non-parametric rank sum test was used(P<0.05).There was statistical difference in the distribution of curative effect between the two groups after treatment.The total effective rate of the two groups after treatment was statistically analyzed,and the results showed that there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)Yiqi Pingchuan granule was more effective than the control group who was treated with Xiao’er Feike granule in the treatment of children asthma(Inter accumulation of wind and phlegm,deficiency of lung and spleen qi type).(2)In this study,Yiqi Pingchuan granules did not cause allergic and other adverse reactions,good safety,has greater clinical promotion value.
