Purpose:Through clinical data collection,observation of patients with high uric acid hematic disease(HUA)the blood uric acid(UA),fasting plasma glucose(FPG),fasting insulin(FINS),and other indicators of change,to explore high uric acid hematic disease(blood stasis phlegm dampness type)and the correlation between insulin resistance and provide new way for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of high uric acid hematic disease.Method:Choice in October 2016-October 2017 outpatient clinic in Henan University first affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine gout were 60 patients with high uric acid hematic disease,always inadvertently cerebrovascular disease,urinary calculi,tumors,such as history,inform and sign a consent form.Of men over 420μmol/L(7.0 mg/dl),premenopausal women over 350μmol/L(6.0 mg/dl),postmenopausal women over 420 mu mol/L(7.0 mg/dl),a clear diagnosis of 30 patients with HUA,more than 30 cases of normal UA group as normal control group,(height,weight)of the general data collection,detection of FPG,UA,FINS,body mass index(BMI)and insulin resistance index(HOMA IR),and the determination results for statistical analysis.Result:(1)The prevalence rate of HUA patients in all ages is different: the prevalence rate of 30 years old is increasing gradually.The prevalence rate is obviously increased after 40 years old,and the prevalence rate is the highest at the age of 40-50.(2)There was a significant difference in BMI and HOMA-IR between HUA group and control group(P < 0.05),and the level of BMI and HOMA-IR in hyperuricemia group was higher than that in control group.(3)UA values are dependent variables,HOMA-IR,BMI,syndrome integral as independent variables,Pearson correlation analysis,and stepwise regression method for multiple linear regression analysis,to observe the effects of their respective variables on the level of UA.The results show that BMI and syndrome scores are related indexes that affect the level of UA.By comparing the normalized regression coefficients of the two indexes,it can be found that the score of the syndrome contributes greatly to the result change.(4)UA was positively correlated with BMI,HOMA-IR and syndrome scores(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.There is a certain correlation between HUA and IR,and IR is prone to occur in HUA patients.2.Most of HUA patients had BMI over normal range,suggesting that HUA has a certain relationship with obesity and other diseases.3.HUA patients with characteristics of phlegm dampness stasis had a greater impact on UA level,indicating that the degree of phlegm dampness and stasis symptoms had a potential impact on UA value.4.By adjusting their physique types,we can reduce the susceptibility to certain pathogenic factors and further guide life.
