The Clinical Study Of Treating Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia(the Type Of Qi Deficiency And Stasis)with Yiqihuoxue Tonglong Party

Objective:The study was designed to observe the effect of Yiqi Huoxue tonglong Decoction in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(qi deficiency and blood stasis)clinical efficacy,provide effective treatment for clinical,the elderly male patients quality of life improvement.Methods: 60 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were selected in accordance with the diagnostic criteria.The randomized trial was divided into 2 groups randomly and 30 cases in each group were randomly divided into 2 groups according to the random number table method.According to the clinical trial requirements,the test was randomized,parallel and controlled,and the control group was treated with oral Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Capsules.In the treatment group were treated with Yiqi Huoxue Fang tonglong,4 weeks as 1 course of treatment.After the end of treatment,the improvement degree of International Prostate Symptom Score(IPSS),residual urine volume(RUV),quality of life score(QOL)and TCM syndrome score were analyzed by statistics.Rusults:(1)after the end of the treatment,statistical analysis,the two groups of patients before and after treatment in IPSS,RUV,QOL and TCM syndrome scores,P< 0.05,with statistical difference;(2)the two groups of patients after treatment comparison,in IPSS,RUV,QOL,P < 0.05,with statistical difference;in the overall efficacy,P > 0.05,poor.There was no statistical significance,but in TCM syndrome score,the treatment group was obviously better than the control group,indicating that the prescription could significantly improve the syndrome of Chinese medicine;(3)the safety of the two groups of patients during the treatment,no obvious abnormalities.Conclusion: Yiqi Huoxue tonglong Decoction in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)curative effect,the method can significantly improve the TCM syndrome,benign prostatic hyperplasia patients,improve the quality of life of patients.This prescription can significantly shorten the time of treatment,reduce the cost of treatment,and have high safety.It is one of the effective prescriptions for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.
