Objective:Comparison with the external use of Longxuejie powder on the wound healing of perianal abscess postoperative,observe and analyse the clinical efficacy of the wound healing of perianal abscess postoperation by external use of Babaodan.Through the further statistical comparison and analysis of the two groups of data,verify the effectiveness and safety of the wound healing of perianal abscess postoperation by the external use of Babaodan.Methods:60 cases of these resident operative patients with lower abscess of the muscle of the levator anus in the Department of Proctology,Henan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2017 to February 2018(all the patients were operated under combined spinal epidural anesthesia or general anesthesia,the wound was measured immediately after the operation,and the transverse diameter of the wound was less than 3.5 cm,the longitudinal diameter of the wound was less than 5.5 cm,the depth of the wound was less than 2.0 cm).According to the sequence of patients’ operation time,combined with the random number method,these patients were divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases each.After the end of conventional iodophor disinfection in the treatment group and the control group,the wound was cleaned with cotton ball in physiological saline,and the wound was added to Babaodan or Longxuejie powder respectively,and the sterile dry yarn was used to fill the wound for drainage.Finally,the wound was bandaged with sterile gauze and rubber cloth.On the second,sixth,fourteenth and seventeenth day after the operation,the wound was observed and recorded detailedly,including wound pain,edema,granulation tissue,wound healing rate,wound healing time and side effect.Results:Two groups of patients were analyzed by the 2 test on gender,and t test was used to analyze the age and the postoperative wound area.Statistical results showed no difference(P>0.05)and were worth comparable.Comparing the wound pain score and edema score between the two groups before and after treatment,theresults showed statistically significant(P<0.05);comparing the wound pain score and edema score with the control group on the second day and sixth day,the results showed statistically significant(P<0.05);comparing the wound pain score and edema score with the control group on the fourteenth day and seventeenth day,the results showed no statistically significant(P>0.05).Comparing the wound exudate score between the two groups before and after treatment,the results showed statistically significant(P<0.05);comparing the wound exudate score with the control group on the second day,the results showed no statistically significant(P>0.05);comparing the wound exudate score with the control group on sixth day,fourteenth day and seventeenth day,the results showed statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the wound granulated tissue morphology score between the two groups before and after treatment,the results showed statistically significant(P<0.05);comparing the wound granulated tissue morphology score with the control group on the second day,sixth day,fourteenth day and seventeenth day,the results showed statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the wound healing rate score between the two groups before and after treatment,the results showed statistically significant(P<0.05);comparing the wound healing rate score with the control group on the second day,the results showed no statistically significant(P>0.05);comparing the wound healing rate score with the control group on sixth day,fourteenth day and seventeenth day,the results showed statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the wound healing time,the treatment group(21.80±0.99)days,the control group(22.46±1.07)days,the results showed statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy was compared on the twentieth day after the operation: 30 cases in the treatment group,2 cases were cured,27 cases were significantly effective,1 case was effective,0 case was invalid,the total effective rate was 100%;30 cases in the control group,0 case was cured,23 cases were significantly effective,7 cases were effective,0 case was invalid,the total effective rate was 100%;by rank sum test,Z=-2.581,the results showed statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the Longxuejie powder,external use of Babaodan can reduce wound pain,edema and exudate of the perianal abscess postoperation better,and improve wound granulated tissue morphology,improve wound healing rate and shorten wound healing time,and its clinical efficacy is more superior to Longxuejie powder.Babaodan is used for wound dressing change of perianal abscess postoperative,the operation process is simple,the clinical curative effect is remarkable,and no adverse reactions occur.On the basis of the effect of generating muscle and sore,detoxification,removing blood stasis and removing the rot are more suitable for wound healing of perianal abscess postoperative than activating blood and dispersing stasis and resolving pain.
