Objective: To observe the effect of the Back-Shu And Front-Mu Points acupuncture on immune function of children with cerebral palsy,to explore the mechanism of the Back-Shu And Front-Mu Points acupuncture in treating children with cerebral palsy, and to provide the basis for clinical application. Methods: 72 children with cerebral palsy who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group(n=36).The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation, the treatment group was treated with the Back-Shu And Front-Mu Points for 4 weeks and the treatment group was treated with 3 courses of treatment on the basis of routine rehabilitation. The changes and safety of T cell subsets, immunoglobulin content and gross motor function(GMFM)in the two groups were observed before and after treatment. The above data were analyzed by SPSS19.0.Results: After treatment:(1)the content of immunoglobulin and the total percentage of GMFM in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P < 0.05);(2)the T cell subsets, immunoglobulin content and total percentage of GMFM in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05).The CD4 / CD8 ratio in CD3 was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05),and that in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05),and the content of immunoglobulin was higher in the treatment group than that in the control group(P < 0.05).There was statistical difference between the two groups(P < 0.05),and the IgA IgG IgM in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05),and there was statistical difference between the two groups in the above aspects(P < 0.05);(3),Compared with the total percentage of GMFM,the total effective rate was 94.12 in the treatment group and 76.47 in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: First,On the basis of routine rehabilitation therapy, the addition of the Back-Shu And Front-Mu Points acupuncture can regulate T cell subsets, immunoglobulin content and improve immune function;Second,On the basis of routine rehabilitation therapy, the application of the Back-Shu And Front-Mu Points acupuncture can improve the coarse motor function of children with cerebral palsy and improve the clinical rehabilitation effect of children with cerebral palsy.
