| Purpose: The purpose of the study was to explore the Qing on Xuanfei Decoction in the treatment of cough(damp dry lung,lung loses Xuan Su syndrome)clinical efficacy,by comparing before and after the clinical trial observation,compared with western medicine control group on Xuanfei Decoction in the treatment of cough(chronic cough)to improve the efficacy of the treatment group,the Ming and Qing Dynasties on Xuan lung syndrome soup can ease the treatment of cough(damp dry lung,lung loses Xuan Su syndrome),provide a new approach for the treatment of chronic cough.Method: A total of 72 cases were selected from the outpatient of lung disease department of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated hospital.The subjects who met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria were included in the study.The subjects were numbered according to the order of treatment,and each group was divided into treatment group and control group,with 36 cases in each group.Result: Clinical observation showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 75%.After statistical analysis,there was a significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups,P<0.05,indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in the treatment effect.Conclusion: For the treatment of chronic cough(damp heat,dry lung and lung failure),the clinical efficacy of Qing Shang Xuan Fei Decoction and Western medicine routine treatment is more significant,and the curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.It is proved that the clinical effect of Qing Shang Xuan lung decoction in treating chronic cough(damp heat dry lung,lung lost Xuan Su)is better,and the adverse reaction is less.The application of this theory to the clinic will make good results,relieve the patient’s condition and improve the quality of life of the patient. |
