The community is that some concrete common characteristic crowd’s communities formed in social life in certain region, it is a basic environment of the human survival, the basic place for people’s life. In recent years, with the gradual development of the medical system reform, a kind of new medical service mode--Community’s hygiene service, which is entering into the life of urban residents. With gradual foundation and development of community’s hygiene service system, community’s hygiene service also faces new opportunity and challenge; such as the meal structure is unreasonable, the diet is excessive, the amount of exercise is reduced, psychological pressure is too heavy. The bad life styles lead to the fact heart cerebral vascular diseases, Malignant tumour, diabetes mellitus, the illness and the death rate of chronic disease is rising year by year, which endangered community residents’ health seriously. How to change service mode, instruct community resident to understand one’s own health status, set up science, healthy life style, effectively improve inferior health rationally, prevent from the emergence development of disease, participate in community’s hygiene while serving actively. It has already become the groundwork content of community’s hygiene service and the key of improving the service quality.This text regard solving community’s hygiene service and facing the problem in Ya’an city as goal, until community health condition and community hygiene of resident serve, going on present investigation and countermeasure research. We proposed one kind of new services--The health management leads into the view of community’s hygiene serve, and is probed into and practiced to participate in by the management company. New service mode of the community health administrative center that combines the health management service with the community’s hygiene service, in order to benefit the sustainable development of the new developing health management career of our country and community’s hygiene service. First of all, in theory it explains newly health management development, relevant concepts and basic theories and methods of medical science combining with management, Secondly it combines with the concrete condition of Ya’an city and analyzed the requirement, current situation and problems of community’s hygiene service; The third it analyzed to carry on the background of community’s health management at present, demand, the necessity of community’s hygiene serve and health management and relevant contents and steps of community’s health management. Fourth, according to the discussion of community’s health management service mode in Ya’an correctly to study, having put forward thinking and method of launching community’s health management in the form, and designed the scheme of community’s health management service, mainly including operation mechanism of management design, organizing design, procedure to design, serve contents and the mode of survival and development, and proving specifically with health management cases of a community implemented. Finally,it summarizes the problems faced in community’s health management service, put forward some opinions and suggestions to how to do community’s health management well in terms of management and service, in order to benefit it to develop in a healthy way and popularize ripely.
