Objective:To explore the impact of six-character formula on physicial improvement of traditional Chinese medicine, lung function, the quality of life, capacity for action mobility, patients satisfaction of postoperative elder patients with Qi-deficiency lung cancer. Methods:Sixty postoperative elder lung cancer patients with Qi-deficiency constitution were selected, who were hospitalized from May 2016 to May 2017.The experiment group was treated with six-character formula on the basis of the control group.By comparing the two groups of patients with physicial improvement of traditional Chinese medicine, respiratory function,EORTC QLQ-C30,capacity fou action mobility, patients satisfaction. To analyze different time, the effect after six-character formula.Keeping the date collection to hospital the first day,day 7,day 15,day 30,the Medical Statistics softwares spss 17.0 restults of Statistical analysis,in order to evaluate the two groups of patients with Effect Study.Results:1.Classification of TCM Constitution and the socre:There was control group.on day first. After nursing, the observation group was statistically significant(P<0.05),and significant difference the control group.2.Lung function evaluation: Experiment group and control group on the first day in hospital were control group(P>0.05),and there were significant difference after 30 days(P<0.05).3.EORTC QLQ-C30 score:there was no significant difference between the two groups the first day(P>0.05),after 30 days, the two groups were significant difference in role function, emotional function, cognitive function, total health(P<0.05).4.Six minutes walking evaluation:General efficiency of the experiment group is 93% and the control group is 70% after nursing, there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).5.Satisfaction:In the experiment group:83.3% of the patients were satisfied, and 16.7% felt general after 30 days.By comparing 33.3% and 66.7% in the control group. There were significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions:Six-Character Formula Respiration Training Method can improve life quality, physical fitness, mobility, lung function, and patient satisfaction of old man with Qi-deficiency constitution after lung cancer surgery.
