Objectives:To compare Topcon,Optovue and Zeiss three kinds of optical coherence tomography angiography technology in the application of the patients with retinal vein occlusion by measured optical coherence tomography angiography image vessel density of retinal superficial capillary plexus and the deep capillary plexus, the area of the foveal avascular zone, the FAZ boundary definition and motion advantages and disadvantages in clinical applications. From the parameters of our experimental study, the OCTA images of 3 × 3mm and 6 × 6mm volume scan pattern centered on the fovea of patients with retinal vein occlusion,Topcon OCTA compares with Optovue OCTA,In the SCP and DCP,Topcon OCTA provides a higher number of images and an image with less motion artifacts for analysis;Zeiss OCTA compares with Optovue OCTA,In the SCP Zeiss OCTA provides a higher number, less motion artifacts, and a clearer image of the FAZ boundary for analysis, but in the DCP,Optovue OCTA is better than Zeiss OCTA;When Topcon OCTA compares with Zeiss OCTA,In the SCP Zeiss OCTA provides a higher number, less motion artifacts, and a clearer image of the FAZ boundary for analysis,While in the DCP Topcon OCTA provides a higher number, less motion artifacts, and a clearer image of the FAZ boundary for analysi. In the SCP,the boundary of FAZ is most recognizable in Zeiss OCTA;but in the DCP,the boundary of FAZ is most recognizable in Optovue OCTA. |
