The Cang Attached Dao Tan Tang Plus Or Minus The Clinical Observations, For The Treatment Of The Phlegm Obese Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

At present, the incidence of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) increases year by year,it has become one of clinical common, complicated and frequently-occurring diseases which plagued clinicians and patients. PCOS is the kind of Endocrine and metabolic disorders which related to endocrine, metabolic, genetic and other factors, generally its clinical manifestations are irregular menstruation, infertility, obesity, hirsutism, acanthosis nigricans psychosis. Modern medicine take surgical treatments and hormone therapy as the the main treatments to cure PCOS, but for hormone therapy, it's less consolidation effect, great side effects and high level of Relapse rate after surgery and after treatment. However, taking the Chinese traditional medicine as the way to treat PCOS is becoming more and more attention, because it can not only reduced the hormone application which remove the psychological pressure from patients, but also maximally retained the physiological function of ovarian. Chinese traditional medicine believes that the incidence of PCOS is related to Liver, spleen, kidneys and other organs, it also believes that the deficiency of the kidney is the most important factor, then there are phlegm and blood stasis, XuShiJiaZa is the mainly clinical symptoms. The ZangFuDaoTanTang which considered as the base decoction in treating shenxutanshi was also widely used in the field of Phlegm type polycystic ovary syndrome treatment, and it is becoming one of the hot topics studied by many medical scientist.This paper includes two aspects:In the literature review, analysis and summarizes obese phlegm polycystic ovary syndrome, through the application of Cang Fu Dao Tan Decoction the research and treatment progress of polycystic ovary syndrome from both Chinese way and western way in recent years.through the application of Dao Tan Cang Decoction, the integrated effect of the extraordinary effective 19, effective 8, no effective 3, the total effective was 90%. In which the patients seeking infertility treatment for 8 cases, after pregnancy 4 cases, cure rate of 13.3%. The results showed that:Treating obese phlegm polycystic ovary syndrome with Cang Dao Tan Decoction is well effective in clinical, safety, without side effects. The use of traditional Chinese medicine treatment can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms, but also regulate the psychological state of patients and improve their quality of life, embodies the characteristics and advantages of medical treatment.
