| Objective:From change the type of the lipid levels of patients with breast cancer, the research change the type of breast cancer patients’ blood fat characteristics, analysis the correlation between dyslipidemia and the development of breast cancer, and explore the blood lipid level assessment and guide the treatment of breast cancer,to change the type of breast cancer prevention, diagnosis and treatment to provide a new basis. Methods:The average age of 40 patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency type of breast cancer who were hospitalized in the income oncology department between February 2017 and February 2018 was selected; The average age of 40 patients with atypical hyperplasia of liver and spleen deficiency was the average age of the control group(54.07 + 5.942).(1)collect patients age, menopausal age, weight, height, and other general information and medical history(highlights include the presence of hyperlipidemia, liver disease, heart disease, kidney disease, hyperthyroidism, diabetes and other metabolic abnormalities high risk factors).(2)the data of TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,CRP,Ca-153 and E2 of the two groups were collected.Using spss statistical software to carry on the statistical analysis to the data obtained, the test level is a=0.05.Results:1,Liver-spleen-qi deficiency type of breast cancer and benign breast hyperplasia group, comparing different groups age, height and other related baseline data differences, found that the two groups in age, height and other related baseline data no significant difference(p> 0.05).(6.21 ± 1.21)mmol/ L,(2.40 ± 0.24)mmol / L and(4.48 ± 0.28)mmo / L respectively in the patients with liver-qi stagnation and spleen-deficiency syndrome and 4.33 ±1.32)mmo / L,(0.79 ± 0.22)mmol / L and(2.42 ± 0.31)mmol / L respectively. The observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05).HDL-C in observation group and control group were(0.94 ± 0.15)mmo / L and(2.09± 0.22)mmo / L,respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups in breast cancer with spleen-qi deficiency syndrome.(P <0.05).3.Taking the patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome as the dependent variable, using TC,TG,HIDL-C and LDL-C as independent variables,Logistic regression analysis was used to gradually remove the insignificant variables.TC、TG and LDL-C are important risk factor for breast cancer, with statistical significance(P <0.05).The HDL-C on the development of breast cancer have a certain inhibitory effect, the results were not statistically significant. The correlation coefficients(r)of TC,TG and LDL-C in patients with liver-qi stagnation and spleen deficiency were 0.896、0.590(P<0.05)and0.821 respectively. The correlation coefficient between breast cancer and HDL-C(P <0.05)was-0.853 was negatively correlated. In the correlation analysis of serum lipids and serum E2 in patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency,TC,TG,ldl-c,hdl-c(r=0.072,r=0.258,r=0.320,r=-0.226)were not significantly correlated with E2.There was a positive correlation between TC,TG,LDL-C and CRP(r=0.590,r=0.432,r=0.627,P<0.01)in the correlation analysis of blood lipid and serum CRP in patients with liver-)).HDL-C was negatively correlated with CRP(r =-0.651,P <0.01).There was a positive correlation between TC,TG,LDL-C and CA153(r=0.334,r=0.727,r=0.836,P <0.01)in the correlation analysis of blood lipid and blood CA153 in patients with liver-qi stagnation and spleen deficiency.HDL-C was negatively correlated with CA153(r =-0.772,P <0.01).Conclusion:1,The blood lipid level of breast cancer patients is higher than that of benign hyperplasia, and TC,TG and LDL-C are important risk factors for breast cancer.2,There was no significant correlation between E2 level and serum lipids in postmenopausal breast cancer patients, suggesting that the elevated blood lipids in postmenopausal breast cancer patients may be related to estrogen level and need to be further explored.3,CRP levels of TC,TG was positively correlated, dyslipidemia may induce chronic inflammation and tumor formation.4,HDL-C and CA153 levels were negatively correlated,LDL-C,TC,TG and CA153 levels were positively correlated.5,serum lipid levels may affect the prognosis of breast cancer patients, effective regulation of blood lipids can delay the progress of breast cancer and improve prognosis. |
