| Objective: The purpose of this subject is to observe the safety and clinical effect of self-made Wuguixiao granule on the treatment of dysmenorrhea(cold coagulation and blood stasis)caused by adenomyosis. Methods:The clinical experiment design method of randomized parallel controll was selected in this paper, compared with Wuguixiao granule and Shaofu Zhuyu granule, the patients with dysmenorrhea(cold coagulation and blood stasis)caused by adenomyosis were studied, selected 72 patients were randomly divided into two groups, among them,36 cases were treated with self-made Wuguixiao granules(chinese medicine composition: centipede, cinnamon, yanhusuo, chuanxiong, angelica sinensis, pinellia ternata, ginger, licorice)as experimental group,36 cases were given Shaofu Zhuyu granule(drug composition: angelica sinensis, puhuang, wulingzhi, radix paeoniae rubra, fennel, corydalis, myrrh, chuanxiong, ginger)as control group, treatment for 3 months and followed up for 1 month, the clinical effect were observed before and after treatment. Results:After three cycles of medication,in the treatment group,9 cases were cured accounting 25%,there were 15 cases with remarkable effect, accounting for 41.66%,7cases were effective, accounting for 19.44%,invalid 5cases,account for 13.89%;The total effective rate was 86.11%.In the control group,12 cases were cured, accounted for 33.33%;4 cases were obvious, accounting for 11.11%,12 cases were effective, accounted for33.33%;,ineffeective 8 cases, accounted for 22.22%;The total effective rate was 77.77%.The results showed that there was significant difference between the two group of clinical curative effect, and self-made Wuguixiao granule was higher than that of Shaofu Zhuyu Granule. Conclusion: Treatment of dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis caused by adenomyosis treated by self-made Wuguixiao granule obviously improves the clinical symptoms, and no obvious adverse reaction, the prescription can be used in the treatment of dysmenorrhea caused by adenomyosis, which is worthy of clinical application and recognition by the majority of the patients. |
