Purpose: To study the effect of acupuncture plus self-fitting prescription on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with blood stasis.The therapeutic effect was evaluated by analyzing different observation indexes,such as JOA,VAS and ODI.Method: The clinical research collection from August 2016 to September 2017,Huchangchun Medical University Affiliated Hospital Orthopaedic Clinic,was clearly diagnosed as lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,and belong to TCM syndrome of blood stasis type of patients,according to the criteria for screening patients,after screening,a total of 60 patients.This study belongs to its own control,so it is not special to set up separate groups.Before treatment,the patients ’ JOA,VAS and Oswestry Index were recorded,then the relevant values were recorded again after treatment,and the scores were statistically analyzed and compared,the results were calculated and the final conclusions were obtained.Result: The data recorded after treatment and after treatment were repeatedly detected and statistically calculated: Lumbar JOA Score(p﹤0.01),Oswestry Index(p﹤0.01)and VAS score(p﹤0.01)were statistically significant,and were significantly different from those before treatment.It is indicated that after treatment,the scores can be greatly improved.All patients,The Cure: 7,the effect of: 29 people,effective: 20 people,invalid: 4 people.Overall efficiency can be as high as 93.33%.Conclusion: The experimental results show that acupuncture combined with the self-fitting prescription for the treatment of blood stasis lumbar intervertebral disc has a significant effect,and has a safe,simple,low-cost advantages,it is worth popularizing and further study. |
