| Purpose:By means of the experimental group and the control group given different drugs in the treatment of cervical vertigo,in view of the two groups after treatment the curative effect of observation,analysis and clinical summary,discuss the etiology,mechanism of cervical vertigo,and analysis from the Angle of medical DanHongJianGu powder clinical indications and the applications of the method,for the future orthopedic clinical doctors on diagnosis and treatment of cervical vertigo patients to provide a safe,reliable and efficient treatment.Method:In April 2017,changchun university of Chinese medicine hospital for experimental research on location,the orthopedic suffering from cervical vertigo patients randomly selected 70 as the research object,randomly divided into two groups,each group of 35.One group was the experimental group,which was given oral treatment by DanhongjianGu.powder In the other group,the control group was given oral treatment with JingAnKang tablets.The two groups were treated with one course of treatment(2 weeks),and the symptoms of cervical vertigo and functional evaluation,efficacy,signs and blood flow rate of the carotid artery and basilar artery were observed.Result:After treatment group and control group after treatment compared with before treatment,the indicators of cervical vertigo symptom and function score were increased(P<0.05),at the same time,the extent of the experimental group after treatment of cervical vertigo,frequency,duration and total score,neck shoulder pain,headache,daily life and work and the psychological and social adaptation scoring average score were higher than the control group after treatment(P<0.05);Group total effective rate of 34(97.14%),control group total effective rate(74.29%),26,two groups of curative effect by the rank and inspection analysis statistically significant(P = 0.016);The experimental group and the control group after treatment on the shoulder area tenderness,cervical test and pull test before the negative rate of the treatment of brachial plexus were higher(P<0.05),and the experimental group after treatment on the shoulder area tenderness,cervical test and the pull of brachial plexus negative rate is higher than the control group,there are statistical differences(P<0.05);About the experimental group and the control group after treatment of the carotid artery and basilar artery of VD and VS average level before treatment were increased(P<0.05),average PI decreased(P<0.05),and the experimental group after treatment of carotid artery and basilar artery of VD and VS average higher than the control group(P<0.05),PI level is lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is a drug worth popularizing to treat cervical vertigo,which can effectively treat the symptoms,signs and functions of patients with cervical vertigo and improve the blood flow rate of carotid and basilar artery. |
