The Effect Of The "Decoction Of Yunqing Anti-hypertension" On The TNF-α And IL-6 In Patients With Metabolic Hypertension In The Pattern Of Phlegm Blood Stasis

Purpose:A randomized parallel control method was used to further observe the regulating effect of "Decoction of Yunqing Anti-Hypertension" on glycolipid metabolic disorder,and to observe the effect of hypertension and its relationship with the effects of Tumor Necrosis Factor-alpha(TNF-alpha)and Interleukin-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)on non-specific inflammatory factors.And to explore the possible mechanism of hypertension.Methods : Selecting 60 patients who were diagnosed with Metabolic Hypertension in TCM pattern of phlegm and blood stasis from the inpatient department of Affiliated Hospital of Hunan Institute of traditional Chinese Medicine(from April 2017 to December 2017)as the research objects,who then were randomly divided into control group(30 cases),observation group(30 cases).Before entering the group,health education in two groups of the subjects were given the same content.Before the observation,3 days wash-out period was required,and medicines which were not relevant to the basic treatment needed to be cut out.The two groups were treated with 28 days(4 weeks)for 1 course,and 2 courses of treatment were continued.After observation,the changes of blood pressure,TNF-alpha,IL-6,blood lipid metabolism and TCM syndrome scores in two groups were observed and compared.Results:Compared with the two groups,the treatment group and the control group were effective in reducing the systolic pressure and diastolic pressure,while the treatment group was more effective than the control group in reducing the blood pressure.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).In the blood glucose level,the treatment group and the control group had effect on reducing the blood glucose and postprandial 2h blood sugar in the treatment group.The effect of the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).In the blood lipid metabolism,the treatment group had improvedthe index of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),but the control group had no obvious improvement,the treatment group was not significantly improved.The effect was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);in the improvement of the inflammatory index,the treatment group had a decrease in the index of TNF-alpha and IL-6,but the control group had no obvious decrease,the effect of the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The effect of "Decoction of Yunqing Anti-hypertension" in the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis type metabolic hypertension,lowering blood pressure,reducing TNF-a,IL-6 and other inflammatory indexes,regulating the disorder of glycolipid metabolism,and improving the symptoms of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.The mechanism of hypertension should be further discussed.
