Clinical Study Of Reinforcing Lung Guyuan Cream In The Treatment Of Two Deficiency Syndrome Of Lung And Kidney In Remission Stage Of Bronchial Asthma

Objective: Inthisstudy,randomizedclinicaltrialsby Tonifyinglung Guyuan cream,observed two groups ofpatients in TCM syndrome score and related laboratory projectofclinicalmonitoring index,clinicalefficacyand safetyof Tonifying thelung to explore Guyuan cream inthetreatmentoftwodeficiencysyndromeoflungandkidney inremissionstageofbronchialasthma,andprovideareliablebasis forclinicalscreeningofoptimaltreatmentprogram,toprovidefurther clinicalevidenceofobjective.Methods:72 patients who metthe inclusion criteria were randomly dividedintotwogroups(n=36)ineachgroup(n=two).Therewas nostatisticaldifferencebetweenthetwogroupsinage,genderand course of disease before treatment.After the experiment,the experimentalgroupwasgiventhelung Tonifying Guyuancream,while the controlgroup was given the Bailing Capsule.3 months fora treatmentcycle,the two groups were observed forone cycle,and followedupforsixmonths.Beforeandaftertreatmentwerecollected from two groups of patients with clinicalsymptoms,signs and laboratory examinations(Cr,BUN,AST,ALT,WBC,NEU%,PLT),Pulmonary(FEV1、FEV1/FVC);EOS;afterthefirsthalfofthenumber ofacuteattackdatatodeterminethetherapeuticeffectandsafetyof drugs.Results:72patientswereenrolledinthisclinicaltrial,4patientswith nonprescribeddrugs,outoftouchandotherreasonsnottocomplete the test,the finaltotalof 68 patients were enrolled in medical statistics,theexperimentalgroupandcontrolgroupof34 cases.The resultsshowed thatthetreatmentgroup compared with thecontrol group,thelaboratoryindexesofeosinophilicgranulocyte;laboratory andthecontrolgroup(P>0.05),butinthe TCM syndromescore,ACT score,lungfunction,dyspnea,halfthenumberofacuteattack,the comprehensivecurativeeffect,allshowedsometheadvantage(P <0.05),and the security is good.The totaleffective rate of the experimentalgroupwas94.11%,thetotaleffectiverateofthecontrol groupwas85.29%,andtherewasstatisticaldifferencebetweenthe twogroups(P<0.05).Clinicalobservation,inadditiontothecontrol group,2casesofpatientsbegantousedrugswhennauseasymptoms,therestofthepatientsdidnotappearadversereactions.Conclusion:Thecurativeeffectoftonifyinglung Guyuancream inthe treatmentoflung kidneytwo asthmatic bronchialasthma is better than thatof Bailing capsule group;and no obvious side effect,can effectivelyrelieveclinicalsymptoms,reducethefrequencyofacute exacerbation and degree,improve ACT score;Improvementoflung functionandreducethepainofpatients,soastoimprovethequality oflife ofpatients and the levelofhealth,itis worthy offurther promotionandresearch.
