The Observation Of Buyanghuanwu Decoction Treating Both Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type Of Heart Failure After Myocardial Infarction

Objective:The study through the clinical randomized controlled trails between Buyanghuanwu Decoction&basic treatment,to observe the clinical test index changes(including symptom,objective sign score,related laboratory inspection items)of Heart failure after myocardial infarction patients belong to deficiency and blood stasis.Then to observe the clinical effect-and security of Buyanghuanwu Decoction in the two groups patients,to provide a reliable evidence for the clinical efficient treatment,reduce the occurrence rate of Heart failure after myocardial infarction,and improve patients’living quality.Methods:60patients who met the inclusion criteria randomly divided into experimental group(Buyanghuanwu Decoction&basic treatment)’ and control group(basic treatment),30 cases in each group.Between the two groups,it is comparable that the general data,primary diseases,disease process and traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores before treatment were no significant statistical difference.After enrollment,the experimental group received the basic medicine treatment and Buyanghuanwu Decoction,while the control group only received the basic medicine treatment.Both two groups were offered continuous observation of two treatment cycles,and fifteen days for one cycle.The data of clinical symptoms,signs,and laboratory inspection items.such as LVDs,LVDd,LVEF,BNP,6MWT,glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase,BUN,Cr,and electrolyte)were collected from patients in two groups before and after treatment to determine curative effects.Results:Due to severe Atrial Fibrillation acute heart failure、transaminase elevation and rules broken,8 patients drop out the experimental observation.Eventually,52 patients were enrolled in medical statistics,which were in the experimental group(n=27)and control group(n=25).From the research results,Buyanghuanwu Decoction group which also has a good security showed certain advantages in relieving the clinical symptoms,reducing the level of BNP,Decrease the diameter of left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVDd),left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVDs),and reversing the cardiac remodeling(P<0.05)compared with GMT.Total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 88.8%,and which of the control group was 64%,there were differences in the two groups(P<0.05).The experimental group was better than the control group in comprehensive efficacy of disease.Conclusion:Compared with basictreatment,the curative effect in thetreatment of Buyanghuanwu Decoction that combined with basic treatment on the patients which Heart failure after myocardial infarction,both qi Deficiency and blood stasis was better,and there was no obvious poisonous effect.Buyanghuanwu Decoction combined with basic treatment could effectively reduce the clinical symptoms,reverse the cardiac remodeling and Delay that progression of heart failure after myocardial infarction.Improving heart function,It is worth further clinical promotion and research.
