Clinical Effect Of Wenyang Huayu Decoction For The Treatment Of Yang Deficiency Blood Stasis And Phlegm Retention Syndrome In Diastolic Heart Failure

Objective:To Explore the clinical efficacy of Wenyang huayu Decoction treating The Diastolic heart failure(DHF)Methods:62 patients were selected as the research subjects,who met the inclusion criteria for DHF,and they all came from the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the fourth Cardiovascular disease department.We divided them into two groups randomly,having 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the treatment group was given Wenyang Huayu Decoction on the basis of the conventional western medicine for 2 weeks.Observing the changes of TCM syndrome integral,NT-proBNP and the distance of the 6MWT,to analyze the efficacy difference between the two groups.Results:1.The total effective rate in the treatment group was 89.66%,while 70-%in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group.Comparing the experimental group and the control group,two groups of treatment both can reduce the effect of the syndrome score of TCM,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Both were effective,and the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05)2.The level of NT-proBNP was significantly reduced after treatment(P<0.05).Two groups were both effective,Compared with the control group,the experimental group had better effect than the control group(P<0.05)3.6-minute walk distance was improved after treatment in the two groups,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).They were both effective,and the experimental group was superior to the control group(P<0.05)Conclusion:1.Wenyang Huayu Decoction combined with conventional western medicine can reduce the TCM syndrome scores of patients with diastolic heart failure(yang deficiency blood stasis and phlegm retention syndrome)and ameliorate clinical symptoms.2.Wenyang Huayu Decoction combined with conventional western medicine can reduce the level of NT-proBNP in diastolic heart failure(yang deficiency blood stasis and phlegm retention syndrome).3.Wenyang Huayu Decoction combined with conventional western medicine can improve the 6MWD of diastolic heart failure(yang deficiency blood stasis and phlegm retention syndrome).
