Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of plasma abnormal glycoprotein(Tumor Abnormal protein)in patients with lung cancer. Methods: A total of 93 patients with lung cancer and 100 healthy people were selected. The serum TAP concentration was detected by multistage coupling reaction. The levels of TAP in blood samples of lung cancer group and healthy control group were measured, and the difference of TAP expression between lung cancer patients and healthy controls was analyzed. The correlation between plasma TAP expression and clinical data was analyzed. To compare the sensitivity, specificity and Jordan index of serum TAP in the diagnosis of lung cancer. Results: The level of TAP in the healthy control group [67.836 ±28.642 μ m 2,] was significantly lower than that in the lung cancer group [187.71 ±82.295 μ m 2 +)(P < 0.05).Among 93 cases of lung cancer,78 cases were positive for tap,and the sensitivity was 83.87100 cases. The specificity was 97.00;the Jordan index was 83.87% 97.00-1 ≈ 0.81.The plasma TAP concentration in lung cancer patients with pleural effusion and distant metastasis was higher than that in lung cancer patients with distant metastasis. There was no significant correlation between cancer and other clinical parameters(such as sex,age,etc.).Conclusion: The detection of blood TAP level can improve the early diagnosis rate of lung cancer patients.Early diagnosis is of great significance and is suitable for the screening of lung cancer in normal and high risk groups.
