Clinical Study On Activating Biood Circulation Pill Combined With Western Medicine In The Treatment Of Phlegm Stasis Obstructing Collaterals In Transient Ischemic Attack

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of the traditional Chinese medicine on transien ischemic attack.Methods A total of 60 patients with transient ischemic attack in the depth of neurology of the first affiliated hospital of Anhui medical university between January 2017 and September 2017 were enrolled to be objects,and they were randomly divi ded into treatment group and control group,each group including 30 patients.the treatment group accepted the traditional Chinese medicine and conventional western medicine treatment,while control group used conventional western medi cine therapy.treatment period is 6 months.During the observation,transient isc hemic attack frequency,treatment effectiveness,stroke incidence and physiologic al indicators would be recorded.Results The differences of age,sex,ABCD2 score risk factors and safety indicators of two groups,have no statistical significance(P > 0.05);Before the treatment,the difference of TCM symptom score,seizure frequency,fibrinogen levels,CRP,HCY,blood viscosity and blood fat of two groups had no statistical significance(P > 0.05);After treatment,TCM symptom score,treatment effect,attack frequency,the incidence of stroke,fibrinogen,CRP levels,HCY levels,blood viscosity and blood fat of the treatment group were better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine medicinal broth has remarkable curative effect on transient ischemic attack.
