Objective:The treatment of wind cold type facial neuritis by alternating acupoint acupuncture is used,Through the observation of patients with clinical signs and symptoms scores and analysis patients with facial nerve function before and after treatment the clinical curative effect evaluation standard, safety evaluation indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of the alternate acupuncture treatment of facial neuritis in clinical use,in order to provide new treatment options for the treatment of facial neuritis, but also provide a reference for clinical.Method: 90 patients who were included in the diagnostic standard facial neuritis were divided into the treatment group, the control group A and the control group B by random.30 patients in each group. The treatment group was treated by alternating acupoint acupuncture. The acupoints selected were divided into two groups. One group of acupoints was used daily, and two groups were alternated alternately. The treatment was 1 times a day,10 times for 1 courses, the interval between treatment was 2 days, and there were 2 consecutive courses of treatment. The control group A selected all acupoints used in the treatment group with acupuncture treatment, the rest were the same as the treatment group. The control group B was treated with conventional oral western medicine. The regimen was based on the plan of Chinese idiopathic facial paralysis diagnosis and treatment formulated by Chinese Medical Association in 2016.1 course lasted for 10 days,2 consecutive courses of treatment. All the subjects were assessed by the clinical evaluation and curative effect evaluation standard plan of peripheral facial paralysis before and 10 days after treatment and at the end of the treatment, respectively,to evaluate the degree of facial paralysis and the effect of recovery. Results: All patients in the study group had no significant difference in age, sex, course of disease and facial nerve function score before treatment(P > 0.05),which is comparable, and can be used for comparative analysis of clinical research. After 10 days of intervention, the P values of each group were 0,0 and 0.040,respectively,the group difference compared with statistical significance(P<0.05),facial nerve function scores were compared between the groups, the P values were 0.003,0,0.three group were compared between groups showed that P values were less than 0.05,which means three groups had significant difference. After 20 days of treatment, compared the three groups of facial nerve function score again.Control P value of three groups were 0,0,0 respectively, the group difference compared with statistical significance(P<0.05),the total efficiency of treatment group was 96.7%,80%,70%.It shows that three methods for facial neuritis with facial function improved significantly promoted;facial nerve function score comparison between group P values were 0.001,0,0.051,between the treatment group and two control group P values were less than 0.05,the difference was statistically significant; The P value of the comparison between the two control groups was more than 0.05,the difference is not statistically significant. It also showed that regular acupoint acupuncture therapy and routine western medicine had curative effect on the treatment of wind cold facial neuritis, but there was no significant difference between them. Conclusion: The use of alternate points acupuncture cold type facial neuritis can effectively promote the recovery of facial function of patients, shorten the duration of treatment, increase the cure rate of facial neuritis,This treatment method has advantages such as easy to accept, simple to operate and high security. This scheme can be used as a preferred scheme for treatment of facial neuritis in clinical application and is worth being applied in clinic.
