In order to establish and improve the scientific and objective quality management system,the configuration of PIVAS is quite consistent with the idea of lean management.The operation pressure of medical system in all parts of the world is relatively heavy.In order to alleviate the increasing pressure in medical system and offer better service,it is necessary to improve the utilization efficiency of medical resources.More and more countries and regions have introduced the concept of lean management,through the method of lean management routine management of hospital fine,reasonable,more perfect.The idea of lean management combined with medical treatment has been accepted.Now it has been widely applied to various industries,and lean management can really reduce bloat management system and significantly improve medical resources and benefits.At present,more and more hospitals in China have established PIVAS.After establishment of PIVAS,the first problem is the current situation of high transfusion rate and high transfusion volume in hospitals.These factors lead to the heavy task of PIVAS drug allocation.The second is the timeliness requirements of the drug,which leads to the tight time for the PIVAS drug allocation."Tight time,heavy task" triggered a series of employees work load,allocation work error rate,drug safety,resource cost consumption and other problems.In addition,PIVAS itself starts from accepting and examining the prescriptions prescribed by doctors.After approval,the drugs and liquids are extracted according to the list of drugs,then classified and configured.Finally,the packaging audit is sent to the corresponding departments.The process is complicated and error prone to medical accidents.Therefore,all aspects of the configuration process require higher professional knowledge and skills.If there are any errors,it is possible to cause medical accidents.It is imperative to design a standardized PIVAS lean management mode to solve the problems such as reducing the occurrence of drug dispensing errors,improving the safety of drugs,improving the skill level of employees and improving the satisfaction of patients.This paper makes a summary of the applicability of PIVAS in lean thinking.The specific implementation of lean medical treatment was discussed with the actual case of PIVAS in C hospital.Based on the analysis of the current situation,problems and causes of PIVAS management in C hospital,the importance of lean implementation for hospital development is clearly defined,and the framework of lean management optimization in C hospital is put forward.The main contributions of this article are:(1)based on the existing lean thought and combining with the actual work of PIVAS,the implementation ideas and procedures of lean medical management are put forward.(2)the problems existing in the lean management process in C hospital are analyzed in depth and comprehensively,and some difficult problems and difficulties are clarified.(3)from the perspective of combination of theory and practice,the research ideas and design principles of the PIVAS management optimization scheme are clearly defined,and the overall framework of the scheme is given.(4)to design a PIVAS comprehensive management optimization system adapted to the situation of the medical service industry and to meet the needs of the C hospital.(5)collect the data before and after the improvement,and reflect the correctness and applicability of the innovative lean optimization system through the change of the data. |
