Rural doctors as an integral part of China’s health human resources,bear the responsibility of rural primary health services.Their career development affects the advancement of the rural medical technology and the protection of the living of the rural residents.But with the rapid development of economy,the current level of medical services of rural doctors has been unable to meet the growing demand for rural residents.Therefore,under the effort of exploring the career development of rural doctors,it has become an inevitable trend to create a rural medical service team,who is familiar with the area and with good quality,a certain general knowledge and skills.In recent years,Shanghai has actively cultivated a new generation of localized rural doctors for the reason of the lack of doctors,the slow implementation process and the difficult career development,which has been promoted the gradual transformation of the construction of the team.Also,It is beneficial to the development of rural health and the level of rural doctors’ career development.The responsibility and obligation of the rural doctors as the health guardian of the rural residents is particularly important.There are many problems about the career development of rural doctors recently.These problems directly restrict their careerdevelopment and also affect the quality of rural medical services and the rural health process.This paper takes the community health service centers in Qingpu District of Shanghai as examples and uses the questionnaire survey and interview research to carry out investigation and research on the career development of the rural doctors within the area,thus to put forward the feasible suggestion of the rural doctors’ career development.This article mainly consists five parts.The first part elaborates the background and research significance of the topic at first.Then analyzes the related literature at home and abroad.Thus puts forward the research goal,the research content and the research method,and finally introduces the main innovation and shortcomings of the research.The second part is to introduce and sort out the rural medical system and the rural doctors,then summarize the current situation of the team.The third part puts forward the present situation of rural doctors based on the investigation and analysis of the rural doctors of 10 community health service centers in Qingpu District.The fourth part carries out the analysis of the current rural doctors career development constraints under the study of 20 rural doctors in the case of research.The fifth part puts forward the feasibility of the countermeasures and suggestions for the third and fourth part of the investigation and analysis of the situation. |
