Clinical Research Of Type A Personality Characteristic And Tcm Syndrome Type Distribution In Unexplained Recurrent Abortion

Objective:Through the "unexplained recurrent abortion type A personality questionnaire and TCM syndrome type distribution questionnaire",to explore preliminary exploration of unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion and type A personality characteristic clinical relationship and TCM syndrome type distribution,can be used for prevention and treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion,for unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion etiology and treatment based on syndrome differentiation and to provide scientific basis.Methods:Submit the ethics committee,approved by ethics committee,and patients signed the informed consent,in 2013 February-2014 February year in February in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine Department of gynaecology outpatient and inpatient treatment to meet the requirements,unexplained and volunteered for the study of recurrent abortion and at least a normal pregnancy history of non recurrent spontaneous abortion women face to face interview survey.The collected data in strict screening,excluding invalid questionnaires,valid questionnaires were 200 copies,including unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion 200 cases,200 cases of normal control group.The related data,check,screening unqualified questionnaires,the data input computer,establish the database.Analysis on statistical professionals help using the SAS9.1.3 statistical software for data frequency analysis,cluster analysis,t test,chi square test,ANOVA,P<0.05 was considered statistically significantResults:In unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion in the female group,the most common syndrome type is kidney deficiency type accounting for 47.5%,followed by kidney deficiency and liver qi stagnation type,accounting for 20.5%.Compared with the normal group,type A personality and partial type A personality were significantly higher than that of control group,the difference has statistical significance.Recurrent spontaneous abortion group of type A Personality Questionnaire scores were significantly higher than those in the normal group.And the relapse in 12 weeks more abortion group,type A Personality Questionnaire scores higher than less 12 weeks group,the difference is statistically significant.The questionnaire scores had no significant differences between the times of spontaneous abortion.Kidney deficiency and liver qi stagnation type account for 73.91%in patients of both with Type A personality and recurrent abortion,kidney deficiency and liver qi stagnation type is more common in type A and partial A type recurrent spontaneous abortion.Conclusion:The kidney deficiency is the most common cause of unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion.Unexplained recurrent abortion and type A personality was found correlation,abortion and type A personality found no significant correlation,but there are significant differences between abortion weeks with type A personality scores.Kidney deficiency is the main cause in type A personality recurrent spontaneous abortion patients.
