Clinical Study On Treatment Of Adolescent PCOS Of Spleen Deficiency And Phlegm-damp Type By Chinese Herbal Compound Formula

Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of the treatment of Chinese herbal compound formula on adolescent polycystic ovary syndrome of spleen deficiency and phlegm-damp type,provide the basic clinical diagnosis and treatment for adolescent PCOS.Methods:Selecting 30 patients with adolescent PCOS of spleen deficiency and phlegm-damp type from November 2014 to November 2015 in the input cases of integration system of clinical research and clinical information.All of them were treated with Chinese herbal compound formula for 3 months.We recorded the laboratory tests and general clinical features of scoring before and after the treatment,Result:1.The general clinical features of BMI,waistline,hipline and excess fat had significant descent.But the clinical features of hirsutism,acanthosis nigricans,acne,waist-hip ratio had no significant change.2.The levels of blood serum AND,LH and LH/FSH were markedly lower than before the treatment;The levels of blood serum FSH,T,DHEAS,SHBG had no significant change.3.The levels of blood serum total cholesterol,triglyceride,apolipoprotein B were markedly lower than before the treatment;The levels of blood serum high-density lipoprotein,low-density,lipoprotein apolipoprotein A and lipoprotein A had no significant change.4.The levels of blood serum FPG,FINS,120min glucose and insulin and IR had no significant change.5.With the increase of taking medicine of Regulating Menstruation,ovulation rate is increasing.Conclusion:Chinese herbal compound formula can not only improve BMI,waistline,hipline and excess fat,but also reduce the level of blood serum AND,LH,LH/FSH and blood fat.It gets through regulating the hypothalamus-pituitary-ovarion axis to promote ovululation rate and then achieve the purpose of the treatment of adolescent polycystic ovary syndrome.
