The Evaluation Of Occupational Hazard Factors And Its Prevention And Improvement Countermeasures—Based On Z Cigarette Factory

China is the largest tobacco producer and tobacco consumer the world.Tobacco tax takesup a very important proportion of national finance income.In 2013,China tobacco tax adds up to 900 billion yuan,increased by RMB 90 billion than that in 2012.As a pillar industry of national economy in our country,the tobacco industry made great contributions to China’s economic construction.Thus,a comprehensive analysis of occupational hazard factors and damage degree in tobacco enterprises,and how to manage and control it has been a significant research project.Nowadays,Z cigarettefactory of Shaanxi ZhongYan Co.Ltd,has formed its own set of control schemes on the occupational hazard factors,and basically conformed to our national provisions.However,some problems still exist and further research is needed to be done in order tostrengthen the control and management of occupational hazard factors deeply.This thesis first discusses the classification of occupational hazard factors and status quo of occupational disease controlat home and abroad.Then Z cigarettes factory production status and occupational hazardous factorsare analyzedon five aspectsfrom the general layout,production process,main equipment,the layout,building hygiene to occupational health prevention.It is concluded that the main occupational hazard factors in Z cigarettes factory in the production process aredust factors,physical factors,chemical factors,human factors and building health factors.Followed by the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the overall evaluationresult of occupational hazard factors in Z cigarette factory is good,which suggests a better control over the hazard factors,and assures the employees of good security in the production environment during operations.But the result value is very close between general degree and good one,the hazard factors control in Z cigarette factory need further strengthening,and the existing problems should beimprovedin a timely manner,so as to provide good working environment for employees.What is more,this thesis has conducted theclassification evaluation with quantitative evaluation method on the dust factors,physical factors and chemical factors,and the evaluation results are that dust factors level are between relatively harmless and hazarddegree.Under the condition of the current job,it may have a bad influence on the health of workers,and we should try to improve the working environment,reduce the workers’ actual dust exposure level,set up the dust hazard and protection sign,do some occupational health training for the employees,occupational health monitor and regular working site monitor are also needed.Operating level for Physical factors is lighthazard.Under the condition of the current job,it may have a bad influence on the health of workers,and we should try to improve the working environment,do some occupational health training for the employees,occupational health monitor and heatstroke prevention are also needed.Chemical factors isharmless.Under the condition of the current job,it may have no clear influence on the health of workers,and we should keep the current working way and protection method,install warning and protection sign,enhance the employees’ security operation and occupational health training,occupational health monitor and heatstroke prevention are needed.Once the changes take place in operational method and protection effect,it should be reclassified.Finally,on the basis of present problems of Z cigarette factory,we have put forward some countermeasures to the occupational disease prevention from the following aspects,including construction health management,occupational disease prevention and occupational health prevention.The improvement measures for constructional disease prevention can be taken from the four aspects such as heat gathering,ventilation,lighting and building surface.The improvement measures for occupational disease prevention can be taken from the four aspects such as dust control,poison-proof,noise control and shock proof,high heat and cold proof.The improvement measures for occupational health prevention includes: firstly,the current occupational health prevention system should be improved continuously;secondly,the occupational security of working site of Z cigarette factory should be further enhanced;thirdly,we should try to improve the prevention awareness of overall occupational disease;and fourthly,we need to continue strengthening the occupational health monitor.In this thesis,our study has a certain reference significance on occupational disease control and prevention in tobaccoindustry.
