composition.We complet summarize and the acquaintance of bitter flavor efficacy.2.The preparation of Radix of Cyathula officinalis Kuan total sterone component and study on the quality control Adopting methanol extracts Radix Cyathula offic inali s and separates by macroporous resin SP825L.Determining composition eluted 50%ethanol is total sterone component of Radix Cyathula officinali s through research.We measure the total sterone content of total sterone component by the way of UV-Spectrophotometric and the cyasterone content of total sterone component by HPLC.We conduct methodology examination including linear,accuracy,stablility,reproducibility and the recovery rate.The result of methodology examination indicates that the methods established are feasible.In the experiment,we measure the content of total sterone is 74.8%.;meanwhile,measuring the content of cyasterone is 5 6.0%.3.Pharmacological evaluation on removing wet and blood stasis Bi of Radix of joint leached liquor and serum as indicators investigates that the total sterone has impacts on joint diseas.The result shows that total sterone can treat RA.4.Pharmacological evaluation on removing
