Investigation Of Resource Distribution And Quality Analysis Of Cyathula Officinalis Kuan In China

Cyathula officinalis Kuan is a famous Genuine Medicinal Materials in SICHUAN and is widely used to treat closed Zhengjia、flutter injury、 Fengshibitong and so on. Because of its wide distribution and has no breeding、 no standard processing in cultivation and harvesting,leading to the quality is difficult to control.So I conducted in-depth investigation and study the resource distribution and production processed of Cyathula officinalis Kuan in the main production of China;Detected the cyaterone of Cyathula officinalis Kuan of different producing areas materials and analysis the results; Initially established the main producing areas HPLC fingerprint of Cyathula officinalis Kuan in China.Through the distribution survey found that:The main production of Cyathula officinalis Kuan is in Sichuan province and Chongqing municipality,Hubei province and Hunan province are less.First discovered in this survey that the planting of Cyathula officinalis Kuan in Chongqing, Hubei and Hunan are less a year than Sichuan production cycle through the Seedling transplanting method.By comparing,we found that the two cultivation methods are basically consistent in production and medicinal properties. But the quality of herbal materials and pharmacodynamic differences remains to be further studied.In a word,the development and utilize of Germplasm Resources of Cyathula officinalis Kuan need to further strengthen.For first time,we detected the Cyaterone of Cyathula officinalis Kuan which come from different producing areas in China by HPLC at the same time. From the results, we found that the content of Cyaterone of Cyathula officinalis Kuan in Chongqing、Hubei Province and Hunan Province is higher than the the Sichuan Jinkouhe area,finally to the Ya’an region. Whether to evaluate the quality is good or bad by the content of the Cyaterone of Cyathula officinalis Kuan high and low remains to be further pharmacodynamic studies.This article was established the main producing areas HPLC fingerprint of Cyathula officinalis Kuan in China for the first time. The initial establishment of a representative of the total mode, identified the19peaks of common peak. By comparison, the median correlation coefficient of Jinkouhe areas smaller than the other regions, may be affected by the growth of its growth environmental impact,specific aspects to be further research.
