Based On Data Mining To Explore He Traditional Chinese Medicine Herbal Rules For The Treatment Of Coronary Heart Disease By Contemporary Chinese Medicine Practitioners

ObjectiveWe apply the data mining technology,to explore the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)herbal rules for the treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD)by contemporary Chinese medicine practitioners(CCMP),which provided a reference of diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease for cliniciansMethodsWe did a search systemically for literature,which published in August 2014 and earlier,inclding Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Med Online,VIP and "The Medical Records of CCMP".We did descriptive statistics and cluster analyses to explore the TCM herbal rules of CCMP.We use SPSS 19.0 to carry out Statistical analyses.ResultsA total of 154 CCMP including 386 medical records(290 kinds of TCM herbal)were analyzed.We found that the main treatment were Invigorate the circulation of blood,nourish qi and phlegm,,and Line gasification wet.The most frequently TCM herbal were Salvia,Chuanxiong,Trichosanthes,Breit,Angelica,Poria,Astragalus and Ginseng.For flavor and meridian tropism,Wen herbal was most frequent,and meridian mainly for heart,lung and spleen.We obtained 11 items from 30 core kinds of TCM herbal by using cluster analyses.ConclusionFor CCMP,invigorate the circulation of blood,nourish qi and phlegm and Line gasification wet were the main treatment.The data mining technology is valuable for digging the experience of CCMP.
