Objective:The purpose of this study was to detect and indentify the expression of MIF,IL-8,Ki-67andCyclinD1 in cervical cancer tissues of patients who had neoadjuvant chemotherapy(NACT),so as to understand that if the four factors have possible roles in cervical cancer neoadjuvant chemotherapyin, and the significance of this four factors. Methods:Selecting the 31 cases of patients who had been diagnosed with locally advanced cervical cancer in a range of FIGOⅠB2 ~ ⅡA2 period form the Shanxi Dayi Hospital Affiliated to Shanxi Medical University from January 2012 to December 2017.All the selected patients had no contraindications to chemotherapy. All patients were confirmed by pathology, did not received any radiation or chemotherapy or surgery treatment prior to admission, undering the condition of the patients’ informed, accepting 1-3 courses of platinum-based intravenous chemotherapy agents of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in the case of patients with informed consent,After 2 courses of neoadjuvant chemotherapy,31 cases of cervical cancer were evaluated for the short term effect of NACT,of which 22 cases were clinically effective and 9 cases in clinical invalid group.Effective patients continued to perform surgical treatment after 3 courses of neoadjuvant chemotherapy, ineffective patients were treated with surgical treatment or radiotherapy, and the cervical tissue specimens before and after NACT were collected,to adopt immunohistochemical technique in the detection of cervical cancer before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy group MIF,IL-8,Ki – 67,CyclinD1 cell markers.Results:1.The clinical efficacy of NACT effective rate was 70.97 %.2.Expressions of MIF,IL-8,Ki-67 and CyclinD1 of patients who had cervical cancer in the valid group after NACT have great differences(P<0.05.),and the expressions of this four factors significant correlation.3.The clinical efficacy of NACT in different Ki-67 expressive group before NACT was statistically significant(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the expression of IL-8,Ki-67 and cyclinD1 and the clinical efficacy of NACT(P > 0.05).4.Expressions of MIF,IL-8,Ki-67 and CyclinD1 in different groups before NACT have no statistical significance(P ≥0.05).Conclusion:1.Locally advanced cervical cancer patients receiving neoadjuvant chemotherapy, can be effectively alleviate clinical symptoms, for those young patients with locally advanced cervical cancer we can through the newadjuvant chemotherapy to provide the opportunity to surgery, reduce complications and improve the long-term survival rate.2.MIF、IL-8、Ki-67 and CyclinD1 expression in cervical cancer before and after NACT were significant,.we can conclude that chemotherapy drugs may inhibit the expression of MIF,IL-8,Ki – 67 and CyclinD1,thus inhibiting the ability of proliferation for the tumor, and achieving the curative effect of chemotherapy. In a word,MIF,IL-8,Ki-67,CyclinD1 play a role in the process of tumor proliferation, through the expression of these factors that can reflect the proliferation activity of tumor cells.3.There is a certain relationship between the expression of Ki-67 and the curative effect of chemotherapy, its high expression in patients with significant reduction of tumor volume is larger.4.Because of fewer samples, the MIF 、 IL-8 、 Ki-67 and CyclinD1 in cervical carcinoma neoadjuvant chemotherapy efficacy of predictive value needs further research.
