Cervical cancer were performed before surgery,1-3 courses of uterine artery infusion chemotherapy and embolization, SP immunohistochemical assay tissue ki-67 nuclear antigen index (PI); terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL) apoptosis index detected tissue (AI).Results:1. Han chemotherapy clinical response rate was 82%, Uygur chemotherapy clinical effective rate was 81.8%; 2. Uygur squamous cell carcinoma of the cervix before and after chemotherapy proliferation index Ki-67 expression was 66.45±16.31 and 38.41±7.46, the difference was statistically significant (t= 7.33, P<0.05), squamous cell carcinoma of the cervix before and after chemotherapy Han Ki-67 proliferation index expression was 65.43±15.42 and 31.67±7.42 The difference was statistically significant (t= 12.501, P<0.05), D, Han KI-67 before chemotherapy between the Uygur and Han were compared 66.45±16.31 and 65.43±15.42, higher than the Han Chinese Uighurs, the difference was not statistically significant (t= 0.230, P> 0.05); 3. apoptotic index were 6.36±1.13 and 18.68±4.35, significant difference by comparison (F= 127.659, P<0.05); chemotherapy before and after the effective group and ineffective group changes in cervical squamous cell apoptosis index values were 12.21±4.38 and 4.954-2.69, the difference was statistically significant (t= 3.849, P<0.05).Conclusions:1. Neoadjuvant chemotherapy NACT recent significant effect on the dimension, both Han and the varying degrees of inhibition of cancer cell proliferation, systemic and local adverse reactions was not obvious.2. Abnormal cell cycle regulation and maintenance, Han is closely related to the pathological cervical cancer.3. NACT cervical cancer decreased significantly after the enhanced index or apoptotic index increased significantly by the new adjuvant chemotherapy sensitive, good curative effect, the two neoadjuvant chemotherapy can be used as one of the indicators. |
