The Pharmaceutical Research Of Cuban Hair Cream

The prescription comes from the Mongolian medicine standard,Wufa Tuji.It consists of Terminalia chebu La Retz,Terminalia chebula,Radix Auckladiae,Rosa multiflora,Iron powder with a significant effect.The purpose of this project is to improve the preparation time,times of repeated shaving and the inconvenience of storage and so on,and to prepare the cream with the guidance of the theory of TCM under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory.The preparation technology,quality standard and stability of the preparation were studied experimentally.According to the prescription function,combined with the nature and actual production of each flavor drug,the orthogonal experiment was used to determine the extraction process of volatile oil and the gallic acid in the prescription.They were as follows: The optimized extraction technology was that water volume 10 times of crud drug,immersion time was selected as 1h and distillation time was 8h,retained the volatile oil and dregs.The optimized extraction of the prescription of other herbs and dregs was that extracted twice with 10 volumes of water at 60℃,each for 3h.The extract was concentrated under reduced pressure(60℃,vacuum-0.08 ~ 0.09Mpa)to the liquid ratio of 1: 4,then ethanol was added to the concentration of 60%,put it aside for 4h,then concentrated under reduced pressure(60℃,vacuum Degree-0.08 to 0.09 MPa)to a relative density of 1.15 to 1.25(60℃).The optimum formulation of the prescription was obtained by response surface method,as follow:30 mL of concentrated solution(density 1.2),cetyl alcohol 20 g,white petrolatum 10 g,sodium dodecyl sulfate 0.5g,propylene glycol 1.5%,azone 2.5%,methyl paraben 0.05%.Cuban Hair cream was prepared by emulsification method.The quality standard of Cuban Hair cream was drawn up Terminalia chebula,Terminalia chebu La Retz,Radix Auckladiae,Rosa multiflora,were identified by thin layer identification with good separation and negative without interference.Fingerprints of the preparation were studied,the similarity of 10 batches of samples was>0.9,and the control fingerprint was generated and 17 common fingerprint peaks were assigned to respectively clarify the main components of the main chemical composition.The contents of volatile oils,such as costunolide,dehydrocostuslactone and gallic acid,were determined by HPLC,it was regulated that the total amount of costunolide and dehydrocostuslactone should not be less than 4.21mg/g and the gallic acid should not be less than 4.14mg/g.The stability studies of the formulations were carried out with a 6-month accelerated test and a 12-month long-term stability test,The results of the inspection items were in line with regulations,indicating that the quality of the preparation within one and a half year is stable and reliable in the case of good packaging.
