Multi-center Clinical Observation Of Qingrun Yangmu Oral Liquid On The Treatment Of Dry Eye Of Yin Deficiency Of Liver And Kidney And Asthenopia

Objective:To assess the clinical efficacy of the Qingrun Yangmu oral liquid for treating dry eye of Yin deficiency of liver and kidney and relieve asthenopia.And compare the clinical efficacy of Qingrun Yangmu oral liquid,Qingrun Yangmu oral liquid combined with acupuncture,the Qingrun Yangmu oral liquid combined with Tears Naturale and the group of Tears Naturale,providing the best treatment plan for patients with dry eye and asthenopia Methods:This experiment adopts multi-center clinical research methods,including four groups,they are the group of Qingrun Yangmu oral liquid,Qingrun Yangmu oral liquid combined with acupuncture,Qingrun Yangmu oral liquid combined with Tears Naturale and the group of Tears Naturale.The subjective clinical symptom score,eyesight,SIT,BUT,CFSand visuognosis persistence were recorded before and after treatment 11 days and 21 days,31 days,analysis and compare the data between groups and within groups.Using SPSS19.0 statistical software for statistical analysis of data.Results:1.The comparison before and after treatment : On the 11 days after treatment,the review of the four groups each observation indexes compared with before treatment,the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05).On the 21 days 、31days after treatment,in addition to the group of Tears Naturale in vision 、symptom integral 、 SITand CFS compared with before treatment,there is no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05),the other groups,the other observation indexes compared with before treatment,the difference is statistically significant(P <0.05).(6)the efficacy of clinical symptoms:2.The comparison between the four groups:(1)corrected vision: the group of Qingrun Yangmu oral liquid combined with Tears Naturale is superior to the Tears Naturale group,the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2)clinical symptoms: in addition to 11 days after treatment,the difference between the group ofQingrun Yangmu oral liquid and Tears Naturale group is no statistical significance(P > 0.05),the other groups at the other times the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05).(3)SIT,BUT: the firsr three groups are better than the group of Tears Naturale,the Qingrun Yangmu oral liquid combined with acupuncture group is best.(4)CFS: in addition to 11 days after treatment,the difference between the group of Qingrun Yangmu oral liquid and Tears Naturale group is no statistical significance(P > 0.05),the other groups at the other times the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05).(5)visuognosis persistence: the firsr three groups are better than the group of Tears Naturale,the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05).(6)the efficacy of clinical symptoms: the group of Qingrun Yangmu oral liquid combined with acupuncture(93.33%)is better than the group of Qingrun Yangmu oral liquid combined with Tears Natural(86.78%),the group of Qingrun Yangmu oral liquid(67.92%)and the group of Tears Natural(12.33%),the difference statistically significant(P < O.O5).Conclusion:1.The group of Qingrun Yangmu oral liquid on the treatment of dry eye of Yin deficiency of liver and kidney and asthenopia is effective.The subjective symptoms and clinical examination indexes have improved.2.Qingrun Yangmu oral liquid has an effective and long-term curative effect in treating dry eye of Yin deficiency of liver and kidney and asthenopia.On the 21 days 、31days after treatment,there were significant improvement in the observation indexes compared with before treatment,the difference is statistically significant(P <0.05).3.The four kinds of treatment of dry eye of Yin deficiency of liver and kidney and asthenopia have certain clinical curative effect,the group of Qingrun Yangmu oral liquid combined with acupuncture is better than the other groups in SIT、 BUT and CFS.
