Objective:Observing the effection of resolving phlegm method for expectoration of Acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and correlated inflammatory indexes, and evaluating the method in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease period,Which can provide the basis of the method for treating the disease in clinically use. Methods: From November 2016 to December 2016 in chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital(hospital)in sichuan province respiratory medicine department in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute aggravating period of filter meets the criteria for the 64 cases, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, two groups of the 32 cases.Control group and treatment group were to be western medicine routine treatment, the treatment group on the basis of western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment with phlegm method, two groups of a course of 14 days.Treatment after compare the situation of expectoration drainage in the two groups after treatment, and the signs and symptoms of integral before and after treatment and the change of each related inflammatory indexes, sorting, and data system, analysis was carried on.Results:1.There was no significant difference between the control group and the treatment group in the age, sex, disease course, grading, lung function on the comprehensive comparative evaluation had no significant difference,P > 0.05,comparable.2.3 days and 7 days after treatment in both groups, the treatment group than the control group on average discharge sputum volume increased, productive peak early, sputum color grading, reducing sputum viscosity decrease obviously, statistical comparison are significant(P < 0.05).3.Two groups of patients before treatment the symptoms and signs on theintegral and total integral, the CAT integral is no significant difference,P > 0.05,comparable;Analysis indicates that the two groups after treatment treatment all can improve the patient’s symptoms, signs, the CAT integral, and the treatment group is better than that of control group, but on improving calorific effect of two groups have no significant difference. The two groups of curative effect comparison of the control group effective rate was 76.9%,treatment group effective rate was 92%,compared two groups of curative effect,P < 0.05,the difference is statistically significant,it shows that the treatment group is better than the control group.4.Two groups of treatment can decrease the patient related inflammatory index(blood routine,CRP and PCT),the two groups after treatment was compared, the difference was very significant meaning(P < 0.01),and the treatment group after treatment of CRP and PCT more obviously than the control group to reduce, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),showed that the treatment group reduced inflammatory index is better than the control group. Conclusion:Resolving phlegm method of TCM syndrome differentiation AECOPD clinical effect is precise especially in accelerating the expectoration and treating clinical symptoms. It is better to reduce the patients’ related inflammatory indexes with resolving phlegm than just western medicine group.
