| Object:To explore the changes of plasma level of lysophosphatidic acid(LPA)in patients with cerebral infarction,as well as the significance of early warning for patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:From December,2015 to 2016 March,there were 50 cases within 24 h occurred cerebral infarction patients from the ambulance center to the Emergency Department of Neurology of the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University Medical College Hospital..According to the development of sickness condition,it can be divided into progressive cerebral infarction group and non-progressive cerebral infarction group;among them,the progressive cerebral infarction group are 23 cases,13 males,10 females,age ranged from 53 to 77(the average is63.22±7.69);non-progressive cerebral infarction group are 27 cases,16 males,11 females,age ranged from 50 to 79(the average is 67.18±9.35).30 patients with normal symptoms and signs can be treated as control group.All patients underwent brain CT or MRI examination to determine the size of cerebral infarction patients;plasma lysophosphatidic acid(LPA)and blood glucose and lipids(total cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein,high density lipoprotein)and uric acid and so on should be checked.Patients with cerebral infarction were hospitalized within 24 h as well as patients hospitalized for 3d should be carried on with the neurological deficit scores.Result : 1.The level of plasma LPA in patients with cerebral infarction during hospitalization(within 72 h of onset)is significantly higher than that in healthy contrast group,meanwhile the level of plasma LPA in patients with progressive cerebral infarction is significantly higher than that in patients with non-progressive cerebral infarction.The level of plasma LPA in patients with cerebral infarction at 2d is significantly higher than that in healthy contrast group,and the level of plasma LPA in patients with progressive cerebral infarction is significantly higher than that in patients with non-progressive cerebral infarction.2.The infarction progressive cerebral infarction group with large and medium size infraction is significantly more than that in the infarct and non-progressive cerebral infarction group,moreover,the plasma LPA level in large infarction group,infarct group andsmall infarct group in progressive cerebral infarction group is significantly higher than that in non-progressive cerebral infarction group.3.TG,LDL,HDL,Glu,UA and other laboratory indicators in cerebral infarction group is significantly higher than that in the contrast group,while laboratory indicator of CHO in cerebral infarction group is significantly lower than that in contrast group.In addition,the laboratory indicator of Glu,UA and other laboratory indicators in progressive cerebral infarction group is significantly higher than that in non-progressive cerebral infarction group.4.Patients with cerebral infarction in the clinical neurological deficit score is highly positive correlated with the corresponding level of plasma LPA.While patients with cerebral infarction in the clinical neurological deficit score at 3d is positive correlated with the corresponding level of plasma LPA.Conclusion : LPA is increased in patients with acute cerebral infarction,especially in patients with progressive cerebral infarction,LPA is increased significantly.The level of plasma LPA is closely related to the infarct volume if patients with cerebral infarction,and the higher the infarct volume is,the higher the level of plasma LPA is.Patients with cerebral infarction in the clinical neurological deficit score is positive correlated with the corresponding level of plasma LPA.Therefore,the level of plasma LPA can be used as an indicator of early diagnosis of cerebral infarction.Thus it has important significance for the early warning of cerebral infarction patients,as well as the early diagnosis of cerebral infarction,which is worthy of further study. |
