Objective Analysis knock back and new type of deep breathing training combined into different sputum schemes, the rehabilitation effect of patients with lung cancer after operation,to explore more suitable scheme for patients with lung cancer after operation to improve the way of rehabilitation expectoration and pulmonary function,in order to reduce postoperative pain, promote the rehabilitation of patients. Methods Using the convenient sampling method,150 patients with lung cancer were divided into 1 group,2 group and control group according to the order of admission,50 cases in each group. The 1 group were treated with the new deep breathing trainer plus the percussion scheme before and after the 1 group to perform lung function exercise and expectoration, and the 2 group were used to blow the balloon and use the new depth before operation.Lung function exercise and sputum expectoration were carried out by the breathing trainer plus tapping program. Before operation, the control group used the balloon blowing, the use of vibration sputum drainage equipment and the percussion scheme to carry out pulmonary function exercise and expectoration. The first, second days and third days after the operation were recorded and analyzed on the Forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1),forced vital vital capacity(FVC),Pulse oxygen saturation(SPO2),pain score, the first sputum cough time after operation, and the tubation time of thoracic drainage tube. The data processing and analysis were carried out by statistical software SPSS 21.0.Counting data were checked by chi square test, rank sum test was used for classification variables, and repeated measurements of variance analysis and single factor variance analysis were used for the measurement data. Results After statistical analysis, the baseline of demographic and sociological data of the three groups was comparable(P > 0.05).The three groups of patients in the lung function comparison with FVC and FEV1,the first day after operation and second days after the operation, the 1 group and the intervention 2 group were superior to the control group(P< 0.05).The three groups of patients were compared with the 1 group after the first day after operation and the third days after operation, the prognosis was obviously better than that of the 2 group and the control group.Group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05;P< 0.001);in three groups of patients with pain score, intervention 1 and intervention 2groups after the first day after the operation and the second day after the pain score was better than the control group, with statistical significance(P < 0.01;P < 0.01);intervention of 1 group, intervention 2 group of postoperative first sputum cough time, thoracic thorax The time of drainage tube extubation was less than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05);for the shortened patients' hospitalization time, the intervention of the 1 group and the intervention 2 group was not significant compared with the control group, and there was no significant difference between the three groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion Perioperative use of deep breath training device and sputum scheme, can improve the respiratory function of patients to a certain extent, reduce the patients' pain caused by expectoration training, accelerate the discharge of patients with sputum, and improve oxygenation in patients, shorten the patients with thoracic drainage tube indwelling time, promote the rehabilitation of patients. At the same time, the application of the new deep breathing trainer can reduce the nursing workload to a certain extent, and it is expected to be applied to patients with lung cancer after operation.
