Objective: To explore the associated risk factors with the early postoperative death of complete atroventricular septal defect(CAVSD)repair, and to provide better treatment plan for clinical work. Methods: The early clinical data of a tatol of 70 patients that had undergone complete repair for CAVSD from 2011.01 to 2017.01 was found from the Children,s Hospital of Chongqing surgical database, and were analyzed retrospectively,to find the associated risk factors. Results: There were 19 patients died after surgery, the main reasons of death were low cardiac output syndrome, serious pulmonary infection, severe Arrhythmia, and sudden death.Univariate analysis suggested the degree of pulmonary hypertension for the death group was higher(p=0.04),and the rate of diastolic funcion of left ventricular diastolic dysfunction was higher for the death group, and the early death group also has longer CPB time.In the multvariate analysis,we didn’t find significant risk factor, but the CPB time had a trend toward statistical significance. Conclusion: This research suggested that the pulmonary arteryhypertension before surgery, the rate of Left ventricular diastolic dysfunction, and the CPB time were associated risk factors. For the children with severe PAH,we can manage it,control the CPB time reduce the early postoperative mortality. |
