The Effects Of Electro-acupuncture At Quchi And Zusanli On The Plasma Endothelin、serum Nitric Oxide And Angiotensin Ⅱ In Different Times In The Daytime Of SD Rats Under Different Light Regime | | Posted on:2019-04-15 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:H Q Li | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2394330566979438 | Subject:Acupuncture and Massage | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | Objective: To observe the effects of electro-acupuncture at Quchi and Zusanli on the blood pressure and the contents of plasma endothelin(ET),serum nitric oxide(NO)and Angiotensin Ⅱ(AngⅡ)in different times in the daytime of SD rats under different light regime.Method: 48 male SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups,12 rats in each group.Normal light control group was treated with normal light and bundling, and normal light therapy group was treated with electro-acupuncture on the basis of normal light control group.Abnormal light control group was treated with abnormal light and bundling, and abnormal lllumination treatment group was treated with electro-acupuncture on the basis of abnormal light control group. The blood pressure and body weight of all rats were measured before and after the intervention. After 4 weeks of intervention,12 rats in each group were randomly divided into 8 a.m.and 16 p.m.for taking blood from the femoral artery at each time,6 rats at each time.Plasma ET、AngⅡ was measured by radioimmunoassay and serum NO was measured by nitrate reductase method.Results:1.Body weight: there was no statistical difference on the body weight before treatment among the four groups(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment, there were statistical differences between abnormal light control group and abnormal lllumination treatment group(P<0.05);2.Blood pressure: There was no statistical difference on systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure before and after 4 weeks of treatment among the four groups(P>0.05).Intra-group comparison of blood pressure infour groups: There was no statistical difference on systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between before and after 4 weeks of treatment in four groups(P>0.05);3.After treatment, there was no statistical difference on plasma ET between normal light control group and normal light therapy group at 8 a.m.(P>0.05);compared with abnormal light control group, the plasma ET reduced in abnormal lllumination treatment group with statistical differences at 8 a.m.(P<0.05);compared with normal light control group, the plasma ET increased inabnormal light control group with statistical differences at 8 a.m.(P<0.05);compared with normal light therapy group, the plasma ET reduced in abnormal lllumination treatment group with statistical differences at 8 a.m.(P<0.05).After treatment, there was no statistical difference on NO in the four groups at 8a.m.(P>0.05);In AngⅡ,the difference between normal light control group and normal light therapy group, abnormal light control group and abnormal lllumination treatment group, normal light control group and abnormal light control group, normal light therapy group and abnormal lllumination treatment group were statistically significant(P<0.05);4.There was no statistical difference on ET and NO after treatment among the four groups at 16 p.m.(P>0.05).In terms of AngⅡ content, the difference between normal light control group and abnormal light control group was statistically significant(P<0.05)Conclusions:1.Electro-acupuncture at Quchi and Zusanli can reduce the body weight of SD rats with abnormal light;2.After 4 weeks of abnormal light time can increase the plasma ET and AngⅡ content in SD rats at different times of the day.3.Electro-acupuncture at Quchi and Zusanli after 4 weeks can reduce the content of daytime plasma ET and AngII in SD rats with abnormal light, but had no effect on their blood pressure. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Electro-acupuncture, Light, Blood pressure, Endothelin, Nitric oxide, Angiotensin Ⅱ, Quchi, Zusanli | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
