Objective:Pulmonary arterial hypertension(PAH)is considered to be the important factor that affect the prognosis of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus((SLE).Connective tissue diseases related to pulmonary hypertension usually lack of typical clinical symptoms, therefore easy to be ignored, which is also the important reason for the poor prognosis of patients with pulmonary hypertension. Therefore, early diagnosis, early treatment is the most important way to improve the prognosis of SLE-PAH.But it is still lack of the risk factors, diagnosis and prognosis biomarkers about systemic lupus erythematosus((SLE)associated with pulmonary hypertension of children. This study on systemic lupus erythematosus((SLE)complicated with pulmonary hypertension with children patients related clinical data were analyzed, and provide evidence for early diagnosis and risk factors assessment. Methods:Retrospectively collected in February 2017 to February 2018,China medical university affiliated shengjing hospital pediatric kidneyrheumatoid immunologycomplete echocardiography in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus((SLE),according to the result of echocardiography divided into pulmonary hypertension and non-pulmonary hypertension group, complete the basic information(age, gender)and laboratory report such as autoantibodies,CRP,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and serum complement for statistical data analysis, indicators and the correlation of pulmonary hypertension. Results: 72 cases were diagnosed as echocardiography in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus((SLE)and collect the basic information(age, gender)and relatedlaboratory report such as autoantibodies,CRP,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and serum complement. There are 3 cases of pulmonary hypertension group, the statistical analysis results return anti-double-stranded DNA antibody andanti-histone antibody positively related to the pulmonary hypertension(P < 0.05).The results of 67 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus of CRP and 63 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus((SLE)of erythrocyte sedimentation rate had no correlation with pulmonary hypertension.A total of 68 patients withsystemic lupus erythematosus((SLE)were collected, and the results indicated that the serum complement C3 was negatively correlated with pulmonary hypertension(P<0.05).Conclusion:This study established by improve the echocardiographic diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)complicated with pulmonary hypertension related factors, prompt with PAH risk factors(hypocomplementemia,anti-histone antibody positive)of SLE patients with PAH subclinical period monitoring and screening, which can realize early diagnosis and early treatment of SLE-PAH,improve clinical prognosis of the patients. This study provides evidence for early diagnosis and biomarker identification of SLE-PAH.
