Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Subacute Thyroiditis (Gall Pain) In TCM

Objective: to observe the therapeutic effect of TCM stage dialectical treatment on three different stages and clinical manifestations of subacute thyroiditis.By observing the effect of this method in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis,a preliminary understanding of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis basic pharmacological action,clinical treatment and JiaYan provide specifications for the major,the basis of the theory and practice for formation of JiaYan consensus of staging treatment in TCM.Methods: randomized controlled study was used in clinical study.A total of 60 patients with subacute thyroiditis were collected from outpatient and inpatient department of sichuan provincial hospital.Divided into experimental group and the control group,30 cases each,the experimental group as the stage of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group,according to TCM four diagnosis parameter,dialectical respectively for the acute phase(hot poison indicates sheng),(liver accumulate heat),medium(spleen Yang wet trapped certificate),recovery(qi depression phlegm syndrome)three phase four card type,through the dialectical classification using traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)clinical treatment;Control group using nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(promotes,75 mg orally,2 to 3times a day,according to the situation of pain,as appropriate,add and subtract),beta blockers,rapid heart rate(> 100 times/min),giving: no bronchial asthma,previous to propranolol 10 mg tid;It has bronchial asthma.Results:1.The improvement rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was 93%,and the improvement rate of the total score of TCM syndrome in the control group was 76%,and the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).2.The two groups after treatment of TCM symptoms single integral compared with before treatment decreased significantly,the difference is statistically significant(P <0.05),the treatment group gall is swollen,gall pain,fever,palpitation,thirsty,sore throat,and headache symptom score lower than the control group obviously,statistically significant difference(P < 0.05);3.The two groups after treatment of thyroid index of FT3,FT4 and treatment before down significantly,the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05),the TSH recovered compared with before treatment(both within the normal range),statistically significant difference(P < 0.05)in the index to improve the treatment group is better than the control group after treatment;4.The blood sedimentation and c-reactive protein of the two groups were significantly decreased compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant.Significance(P <0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group after treatment;Conclusion: 1.Use of TCM treatment based on different stages and can obviously improve the subacute thyroiditis at various stages of TCM symptoms,especially in improving the gall is swollen,gall pain,fever,palpitation,thirst,sore throat,and headache symptoms curative effect is distinct;2.The treatment can significantly reduce the level of FT3,FT4,and TSH level of subacute thyroiditis.3.The treatment can significantly reduce the level of subacute thyroiditis blood sedimentation and c-reactive protein.4.The treatment of subacute thyroiditis with TCM stages is good for patients.The clinical effect of treating subacute thyroiditis with TCM stages is remarkable,and it can reduce the use of glucocorticoid and is safe and reliable.This therapy is worthy of clinical application.
