| The bamboo slips of Chengdu Laoguanshan han tombs was excavated in the Western Han Dynasty tomb unearthed in Chengdu Tianhui town.It is in total of more than 920 branches(including residual),the book contained almost all medical content.It includes diagnosis,etiology,pathogenesis,treatment,prescriptions,acupuncture,meridians,internal and external diseases,gynecology and pediatrics.And there is a Yimashu that records the diagnosis and treatment of horse disease,which was excluded from the research content of the subject.As an abundant and architectonical clinical practical unearthed document,bamboo slip of medicine from Laoguanshan has many kinds of external therapies.In this paper,eight major external treatments,such as bath,ironing,rubbing,massaging,moxibustion,acupuncture,Bian stone therapy,and method,are recorded in the medical treatment.Use of traditional Chinese medicine and literature research methods of related subjects such as provision,summarizes all kinds of external treatment in the medical application of bamboo slips of medicine from Laoguanshan and characteristics,in order to understand the situation and the clinical use of the external treatment system.Based on this paper,the old medical officer mountain in the use of external treatment with other unearthed literature and the literature handed down from ancient times to contrastive analysis,aims to further understand the content of the medical treatment Jane and explore similar to contemporary literature handed down from ancient times and unearthed literature,the relationship between external treatment to tease out eight kinds of external treatment of development and rheology.In particular,some external methods of medical treatment have disappeared due to the changes of The Times.In the literature of the later ages,there is no record in the literature,and the interpretation of such special treatments can not only fill in the deficiency of relevant research,but also enlighten the modern innovation,and provide literature support and reference for the excavation of TCM characteristics. |
