Analysis On The Quality Of Life Of The Patients With T2DM And Its Influenced Factors In Shihezi Communities

Object:To describe the quality of life(QOL)of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)in Shihezi community;To explore the related influential factors(Social demography factors and disease factors)that affect the quality of life;To provide reference ideas for improving QOL of T2 DM in Shihezi community.Methods : 495 cases of T2 DM patients in 13 communities of Shihezi City from November 2016 to February 2017 were selected as the research objects.Using the quality of life(QOL)scale developed by Zhou Fengqiong[1]and the self-designed general questionnaire to collect the data through face to face questionnaire,then collected blood samples to measure the biochemical indexes.All data input into Epidata3.1 software,and using SPSS 18.0 for statistical processing.The social demography data are expressed as mean,standard deviation and percentage.The difference of influencing factors was compared by T test and single factor analysis of variance.And significant difference factors using multiple stepwise regression to analysis.Results:(1)Quality of life status:The four dimensions in QOL of T2 DM patients in Shihezi community is affected by different degrees.Its total score is(49.90±12.39),average project score is(1.85±0.46),the highest score is o mental dimension(2.06±0.60).the next is the physiological dimension(1.88±0.61).(2)Influence factor result : The analysis of factors influencing the QOL of T2 DM patients in Shihezi community showed that education level,exercise,number of household population,sleep condition,frequency of hypoglycemia,number of complications,insulin use,fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were statistically significant(P ? 0.05).Multiple stepwise regression analysis of main influencing factors showed that the partial regression coefficient of household population was the largest(12.348).(3)The influence factors on all dimensions of life quality are different.Conclusion :(1)The QOL of T2 DM patients in Shihezi is generally low.The influence is mainly manifested in physiology and mental dimensions.(2)The main social demography factors include household population,education,exercise and sleep.The main disease association factors include fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,number of complications,insulin use,frequency of hypoglycemia.Among them,the number of domestic households has the greatest impact.(3)Different influencing factors of QOL of T2 DM patients in Shihezi city have different influence on each dimension of quality of life.
