Therapy Effect Of CO₂ Cryotherapy For Cervical Lesions Patients,Analyzing The Possible Factors Of The Effection

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of CO₂ cryotherapy for cervical lesions patients,then to analyze the possible factors that affect the curative effect.Methods:129 cases with CO₂ cryotherapy in our outpatient and patients with all follow-up datas were enrolled,the efficacy、complications and related factors were analyzed retrospectively.Results:After cryotherapy,the total effective rate reached 80.6%（104/129）,the effective rate of chronic cervicitis was 86.1%（62/72）,the cure rate of CIN was 73.7%（42/57）,the effective rate for patients with HPV infected was 63.0%（51/81）.Conclusion:CO₂ cryotherapy for Chronic cervicitis、CIN and HPV infected patients has significant efficacy,should be introduced in clinical practice.
