Comparison Of Controlled Release Nifedipine And Perindopril Tert Butyl Amine On Lipoprotein-associated Phospholipase A2 And Pulse Wave Velocity In Patients With Mild And Moderate Hypertension

Objectives: Objective to compare the effects of Nifedipine Controlled Release Tablets and Perindopril Tert Butyl Amine Tablets on lipoproteinassociated phospholipase A2(LP-PLA2)and pulse wave velocity(baPWV)in patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension(EH),and to provide suggestions for future clinical medication.Methods:1.136 cases of mild to moderate essential hypertension patients in department of cardiology in our hospital were selected.After the success of the group,the group was randomly divided into 2 groups,with 68 cases in each group.The basic information was asked,and LP-PLA2 and ba PWV were measured at the same time.In group A,Nifedipine Controlled Release Tablets30mg/d and B group were given Perindopril Tert Butyl Amine 8mg/d.After treatment for 1 months,LP-PLA2 and baPWV were measured again.The changes of LP-PLA2 and baPWV were compared before and after treatment,and the side effects of drugs were observed.2.SPSS24.0 statistical software was used to analyze the results.The measurement data were expressed with mean mean standard deviation((?)±s),and the analysis method was tested by T test.The counting data are expressed in frequency,and the analysis method is checked with chi square.The difference was statistically significant with P>0.05.Results:1.The blood pressure and ba PWV in the two groups were significantly decreased after 1 months of treatment(P<0.05).2.After 1 months of treatment,LP-PLA2 in group A was significantlydecreased(P<0.05),while LP-PLA2 in group B was not significantly decreased(P>0.05).3.During the treatment,there were 4 cases of dry cough in group B,and2 cases in group A had a headache.Conclutions:1.Nifedipine Controlled Release Tablets and Perindopril Tert Butyl Amine Tablets have significant antihypertensive effect,and can significantly reduce baPWV in mild and moderate essential hypertension patients,improve arteriosclerosis,and have fewer side effects,which can be used as a first-line drug in clinical practice.2.Nifedipine Controlled Release Tablets can reduce the level of LP-PLA2 and reduce the inflammatory reaction of blood vessels in patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension,but it is not observed by Perindopril Tert Butyl Amine Tablets.
